New apartment in Albir

If you are looking for a fabulous holiday complex with everything in your doorstep,then this is a great choice for you.
This Apartment is situated in the centre of Albir, where the best restaurants and bars are in the town.Ideal for families who plan to spend their holiday lazing around the pool. The Mendoza supermarket is at the bottom of the street,round the corner.There is a Spanish restaurant-bar opposite the reception of the complex and a pizza restaurant at the bottom of the street ,where you can buy pizzas for 3 euros a piece.
The beach is about 10 minutes' walk through the main central street of the town, where you will find great restaurants and shops in the way.
Altea is just 20 minutes walk ,easy reached through the walk area of the beach in Albir .

Connections
There is a bus stop opposite to "Mendoza" supermarket which goes into Benidorm and surrounding towns and villages; and the beach is 1100 metres away.
There are taxis stopping opposite the supermarket at the main entrance of "Albir Gardens".

Theme parks
All the Theme Parks are within 5 miles from the apartment and with Acualandia and MundoMar only 1500 metres from the complex the enjoyment is guaranteed.

The resort is ideal for families,healthy pensioners and couples, with plenty of restaurants, bars,tennis ,golf and

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a east facing balcony, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment had everything we needed, was clean and had a great view of the pool! I would have liked to have been closer to the beach but it was in a great location between Benidorm and Albir, so we could mix up where we wanted to go. It was a friendly, lovely place and we would recommened it to anyone!

The apartment ticked all the boxes for my wife and myself.In a quiet and peaceful location yet within easy walking distance of the resort centre and transport links.The facilities within the apartment were first class and we would recommend it wholeheartedly.

The apartment was lovely and spacious. Had good heating system (we went in winter) once we worked out how to use it. Good hot showers everyday. Good cooking facilities. Good security on complex.

This property was just what we required,and in a good location ,quite and in a lovely complex with very good security,also in a good location for all the transport links and shops the apartment was very clean and spacious we would return in the future and recommend it .
