The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a summer house, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking.

The only thing i would say is the villa was a bit cold and two units A/C units werent working when we first arrived. A TV with more english speaking channels and a heated pool would make this totally excellent even if heating the pool was an extra charge I personally would be happy to pay Overall we were very happy there in the villa(nice location and well equipped for family), happy in albufeira and happy in portugal and we plan to come back to this villa in two years time.

Went here the last month January 2011 and WOW it was amazing. The villa was beautiful everything is brand new. Stunning furniture and features, and nice nice fireplace, all that we need for the month. Kitchen is fully equiped with all utencils and fittings! Fridge Freezer, oven, microwave, toaster everything you will ever need. Supermarket just down the road so you can eat in or eat out in the town for not much money. Every Window and door has electric blinds. There is satellite tv with english channels. The pool area is stunning and extremely clean and has shower etc., so you must go back, in September, maybe. 15 minute walk into centre, a stright forward walk into centre straight down the new road thats just been landscaped and looks beautiful!! I really cant express how stunning this villa is and well equiped is. Recommended for: Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Superb villa and pool. Modern and stilish decoration. Perfect for girls gateaway or families. Albufeira City bus station reached in 10min walk or Albufeira old Town in 25min walk. Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Young Children

Myself and few friends had the best holidays ever! Villa itself is great and very modern, with private pool, BBQ and wall fitted sound system that you can connect your ipod into! Walk to town/beach is 25min but taxi back is just few quid, I would recommend to get a car thou for shopping and travel to other spectacular beaches around Algarve

Modern villa The property has been very well fitted out and it is well modern and well designed. Sandra was very helpful and provided us with a list of some of the key things that we should do and see, as well as providing us with a list of restaurant recommendations which were all very good. Bedrooms are spacious and airy with loads of storage This Villa is very pleasant, comfortable place in a quiet area but close to city (Albufeira old Town).
