  • OUR VILLA IS A VERY WELL FURNISHED TOWN HOUSE ON A SMALL DEVELOPMENT OF 30 HOUSES WITH COMUNAL POOL. THERE ARE TWO GOOD SIZED BEDROOMS. THE MAIN BEDROOM HAS ITS OWN BALCONY WITH STAIRCASE LEADING TO A LARGE ROOF TERRACE WITH STUNNING VIEWS. THERE IS A FULLY FITTED KITCHEN WITH OVEN, HOB,WASHING MACHINE,FRIDGE FREEZER, & MICROWAVE. THERE IS ALSO A LARGE BALCONY FROM THE LOUNGE.THE PROPERTY'S ROOF TERRACE AND BALCONIES PROVIDE WHAT WE CONSIDER TO BE THE BEST VIEWS IN THE COSTA BLANCA.THERE ARE VIEWS OVER THE ORANGE AND LEMON GROVES AND THE ROLLING SPANISH COUNTRYSIDE. ADD TO THAT THE MOUNTAINS AND THIS IS REAL SPAIN.THE PROPERTY ALSO HAS A LARGE GARAGE WITH INTERNAL STAIRCASE PROVIDING ACCESS TO THE REST OF THE PROPERTY.TV,VIDEO & CD PLAYER
