This superb villa is located in an exclusive gated development and is situated in the coastal village of Limni, Argaka, only minutes drive to the popular area of Polis. The villa is set in its own landscaped gardens with ample external parking and private covered parking and is just a 1 minutes stroll to the nearest sandy beach.
On entering this villa you will notice the marble flooring throughout the property. The open plan living area has a comfortable cream leather suite and beautiful ornaments and furnishings. The large plasma television has satellite channels (free to view package), surround sound system and a DVD player. The dining area offers a wooden dining table and six wooden chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted with a fridge/freezer, electric oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and all necessary kitchen utensils. Just off the kitchen is a small veranda with table and two chairs.
Also found on the ground floor is a bedroom with double bed, bedside tables, lamps, dressing table and mirror and fully fitted wardrobes. There is a full bathroom including bath and shower on this level.
Leading up the stairs to the first floor you will find two further bedrooms with double beds,both share a large balcony which has an external wooden table, chairs and umbrella should you require shade. The owners have kindly provided a gas barbeque for the al-fresco dining experience. The beautiful bathroom on this level boasts a Jacuzzi bath.
Air conditioning for both cooling & heating is available throughout the villa. A hairdryer is provided and upon request there is a baby cot and highchair available. There is wireless broadband provided although you would be required to bring your own laptop.
Outside the villa is a veranda with comfortable external settee, chairs and coffee table. In the mature gardens you will find the large 10 x 5m infinity overflow pool with sunbeds and umbrellas for your comfort. The added bonus to this luxurious villa is the six person Jacuzzi/hot tub in the garden! The beauty of this exclusive development is the private sandy beach.

The other beaches in Argaka are undeveloped beaches that stretch along a natural coastline of coarse sand, shingle and pebble. For a day here you will need to bring your own beach mat and umbrella. Refreshments can be found at one of the tavernas scattered along the coastal road or you can take a cool box and lunch under the shade of the trees in one of the designated picnic areas.
Polis is the principal town for the region, huddled around a pedestrianised square where visitors and locals gather in the mornings to enjoy a coffee and watch the world pass by and in the evenings to dine at one of the wide selection of restaurants, tavernas and cafes which radiate out from the centre. The town has an archaeological museum and cultural centre. Polis which is approximately a 5 minute drive away offers the nearest organized beach which are backed by tall Eucalyptus trees.
A little further along the coast from Polis is the seaside resort of Latchi with its recently opened 200 berth marina. Here you will find an array of inviting sea-front tavernas with a superb selection of fresh fish and seafood served daily. Just beyond Latchi you will find the well known 'Baths of Aphrodite' and for nature lovers the protected Akamas Peninsular an area particular suited to walkers and adventurers who can explore the many criss-crossed nature trails. The coastline of this area can also be enjoyed by boat with daily excursions available from the marina.
Polis and the surrounding villages count bowling, go-karting, fishing, cycling, watersports and scuba diving amongst the many activities on offer to the visitor. The Minthis Hills Golf Course is approximately a 40 minute drive away although there is a future development of the new Limni Golf Course and marina. The town of Paphos with its World Heritage Sites, modern shopping facilities, waterpark and attractive harbour area is within a 50 minute drive.
