We would like kindly thank you for the warm hospitality we experienced during our stay at your place.
We could say that everything was well-organized and all our needs were completed smoothly and on time.
In generally if we have to add our comment about any additions that might be added to the accommodation - it would be WI-FI connection.
We will certainly recommend Rockley Golf Club in general and your studio in particularly to our friends and will be ready to rent it again for our next holiday in Barbados.

Rockley is a great place to stay, but not in this studio apt. When we arrived the room was not prepared and no one was there to greet us. Luckily Judy the cleaning person came to see what we were doing and phoned the owner who denied that we were due that day until we showed him our booking form. The phone was not workingthe bill had not been paid! Judy made up the beds and gave us clean towels, returning next day to clean the place. The room is at the end of a road and every night we had the car lights shining in the windows, the drapes were not adequate to shut put the light. After a few days we saw large cockroaches in the cupboards, and Judy and I sprayed them daily. Nothing could be left in the cupboards.! The shelves were so high that I could not reach the top shelf (2nd one) without standing on a chair. Not easy for people in their 70s. The bath was dangerous. It was deep and the floor was below the level of the tub. There was no bar to assist. getting in or out of the tub.
We have stayed in Rockley before and enjoyed it very much, and we have booked to return to this facility next year. This apartment is not one that I would recommend. With the problems is has I do not feel it was good value. The bathroom needs serious renovation, chairs need to be available for each person using the apartment, adequate drapes need to be provided, and the telephone should always be available for guests. Without Judy we would have been in BIG trouble.

619 Bushy Park is owned by me, Juliana Blackett and my brother, Otha Blackett, who lives in Barbados. We have owned the apartment for over 7 years now and have always done our best to make sure our guests were happy with their accommodations and the service they received. I think this much is evident based on all the other reviews we have received over the years, the vast majority of which have been positive.
Margaret and her husband came at a very difficult time in our lives, as our mother had passed away just 2 months prior. Her illness and passing was sudden and unexpected and shook our family to the core. Unfortunately at this time, the apartment was neglected and that certainly affected Margaret's experience which I am deeply sorry for.
Since then however, we have completely renovated the apartment. The bathroom was completely ripped out and redone. We removed the tub altogether, which I agree was too high (please note that many of the properties at Rockley have these tubs, which are original to the resort). In it's place, we installed a custom shower, which I think guests will find more spacious and comfortable. In addition, we joined the dressing area and the bathroom to create a larger bathroom with plenty of counter and storage space, with higher end finishes as well.
The kitchen has also been renovated completely. New cabinets have been installed with solid surface countertops. The bar fridge has been replaced with a full size stainless steel fridge, and we have also replaced the outdated almond coloured stove with a stylish stainless steel model. The kitchen has also been fully re-stocked with everything you would need for a fully self-catering holiday, from baking cookies to cooking a full blown holiday dinner. The flooring throughout has been replaced, and the curtains are black out curtains.
After the setbacks of 2011, we've put our all into making this apartment feel like it's worth more than what guests pay. The finishes are now of a higher quality than what you would find at Rockley, and more in line with properties that rent for double that of Rockley. I sincerely hope that if you are reading this review, you will give us the opportunity to offer you a fabulous holiday in Barbados at a very affordable rate.

The apartment was very well maintained, clean and inviting. The pool and grounds were beautiful and the facilities for laundry were more than adequate and very easy to access. Morning tea was spectacular in the intimate porch area to the back of the apartment. The location was also perfect for us...close to everything from restaurants, the St. Lawrence Gap and of course the beach. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

Club Rockley was great. Having the welcome breakfast items was great as well, so that we didnt have to run out to the store right away. The room was clean and had everything that we needed onsite. Thank you very much for the great service as well.

On arrival at the apartment, the property manager was already there waiting to greet us. He gave us a comprehensive tour of the apartment, its facilities, and also the resort facilities such as laundry, garbage and swimming pool. The fridge was nicely stocked with milk, fruit juice, butter, bagels and fresh fruit, which was a great touch. There was even two bottles of Banks beer! The apartment was well furnished, clean and amply large enough to accomodate two persons, with comfortable beds and furniture. It is in a great location, on a beautiful golf course with lush green surroundings, and also very quiet in the evenings. There is a large local supermarket a short walk away which sells everything you need. The beach is just a short walk further from the supermarket, and what a beach it was! There is also easy access to all transport services such as buses, with a local taxi firm operating on site. Overall, this apartment ticked every box: clean, comfortable and the all round service by the manager was exemplary. I can give this apartment a full recommendation and will most definately be returning in the not too distant future!

We quite liked Club Rockley, even though we found our accomadations lacking a few things.We had planned to cook most of our own mealsbut it was very difficult with the unequiped kitchen. There was no vegatable peeler, measuring spoons or measuring cup, no wine glasses. Even though we knew we had just a bar fridge it would of been nice if it would freeze icecubes.The owner did get us some wine glasses and tea towels when we asked. The toaster would not shut off you had to unplug it, I found that out the hard way. I think the room would meet your needs if you were planning to eat most of your meals out.

A lovely, well maintained property on Rockley Golf Course. It was nice and quiet. Communal swimming pool and laundry facilities located very conveniently to apartment. The closest beach was a 10 minute walk, and the supermarket was very close by also.
Minor inconviences were that the TV channels not always available, and one night there was no water in the unit. We were unable to contact the manager of the unit, however the neighbour next door was able to help us out, and reassure us.
The golf course there is a lovely 9 hole facility, very friendly and very easy to book a tee-off time. It was just a 2 or 3 minute walk to the apartment from the golf club.

I was very pleased with the location of this property. I was well cared for when I was there. I was given a ride to the property & could easily contact the property manager.
Everything was available to meet my basic needs. The studio was very clean. I enjoyed the satellite TV and the pool. I was located close to the laundry room & the pool. There was plenty of parking.
I would recommend this property to my friends.

As I have stayed at Rockely before and I had enjoyed my stay the first time I was there I decided to go back and it was just as good as the first time. I would recommend it to anyone that goes to Barbados.

The apartment was clean & well cared for. The complex was beautiful & we felt very safe. All amenities in the apartment were in great working order (except for the TV the last few days) and the beds were nice & comfortable. Neighbours were great. Lots of drawers, etc. for our belongings. The beautiful Accra Beach was a 10 min. walk but great excercise. We couldn't have asked for more & would not only come back again but highly recommend it. I'm delighted that we chose this accommodation.

Very satisfactory for a single person.
It is located on the golf course and within short walking distance of a supermarket, bank, and other stores. As well, it is only a 15 minutes walk to the nearest beach.

An ideally located apartment for a couple to see Barbados and experience the local culture and lively atmosphere. Additionally it is a quiet peaceful resort to enable relaxation with beautiful scenery and adaquate sunbathing facilities.Would also recommend booking the Cliff for dinner as soon as you arrive.

Quiet. nicely positioned overlooking the golf course.
Great for one couple. 2 couples would need to be on VERY good terms!
Would benefit from a decent CD player / sound system & an electric kettle would save Juliana a fortune in electricity bills!
Overall, very good if you want to play golf & only 10minutes from the beach (Dover) & St Lawrence Gap for night life. Good shower / bathroom. Good quality linen. Plenty of towels. Good maid service.

The property is in very good condition and well equipped with all main requirements. It relates accurately to the published information and the location is really good with all services and amenities at walking distance. Previous and on site information good and helpful.
