The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Property is ideally located far enough from the throbbing resort of Sunny Beach to be peaceful and have a "local feel". Yet close enough for day trips to Sunny Beach and Nessebar. The property is in excellent repair and has all the amenities you need. We thought it ideal. I also had fantastic communications with the owner which helped immensely. I would definately rent this property again.

The apartment was lovely. Really homely. It was in a great location, in a lovely relaxed area. Just a 10 minute bus ride away it you want to go to the lively town of sunny beach. It also had lovely views across to nessebar and of turkey on a clear day. Will definately reccommend the apartment, and cannot wait until next year.

Apartment was well equipped,would have liked to see some more pictures,DVD player etc which I understand the owner will add this summer. A great location,easy to get around by bus/taxi to Sunnybeach. St Vlas has some lovely restaurants and were very reasonably priced.Would recommend to anyone.

One of the nicest complexes in St Vlas, Great restaurant, Great location, Can highly recommend. For a more commercial and lively time, Sunnybeach is very nearby.
