The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

the only thing the villa lacked was a pool nearer to villa

Property had everything that we needed, and was pleasantly situated. The roof terrace was a fab place to round off an evening with a bottle or two and sit and look at the stars! Cabo Roig is a growing resort and we felt well placed to enjoy it. Welcome pack is good value and recommended. Will definitely book again.
