we are a retired couple who has just returned home after a two week winter break in Cabo Roig.
we stayed in this apartment and it is very well equipped and spotlessly clean , everything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook that odd meal in ,
sun loungers are provided for around the pool area ,from the patio you look out onto the pool ,ideal if you have young children ,
very close to many restaurants, shops,and bars all within a 10 minutes walk .
a choice of many beautiful beaches and coves for that perfect day on the beach all within 10-15 mins walk away.
if like us you are keen walkers then theres a coastal path that you can pick up at any of the beaches and go in either direction , a beautiful coastiline with lovely views.
our weather was mixed with sunshine and showers but for Feb/ March it was better than we expected and certainly a lot warmer than England, heating is provided for the cooler nights.
we arranged for airport taxi pick up and return (very comptative prices and prompt service) we were met by Chris who looks after the apartment , a lovely man who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed ,he gave us his contact number if we had any problems. we had wifi internet connection and no issues with that.
altogether a very nice winter break and we would certainly recommend this acommodation and hopefully we will return in the future .
Cons: the acommodation is on two floors so may not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems.

I have stayed at this complex several times and in several houses. The complex was fairly busy for October but very enjoyable. I love the location, so near the beaches, the strip and now the new shopping centre at La Zenia, what a fine centre. The weather was superb for the time of year. This year I stayed at no. 20 again, while in the past storage in the kitchen and bedrooms was an issue for me and my friends, it wasnt on this occasion, there are additional cupboards in the kitchen, The kitchen is very well equipped for anyone who wants to cook. There is a new bed in the master bedroom and the wardrobe in this room is fully open so plenty of room for visitors clothes. The wardrobe in the 2nd room has plenty of room too. The cat that appears every day is adorable. Will be back again next year.

Conveniently located for restaurants,shops and beach. Fantastic support from Chris during a 3 week break in June /July. Only negative was lack of storage space , not enough kitchen or bedroom storage for 5. Wonderful complex , peaceful but enough company from the other villas to keep 3 children 10 to 13 occupied. Wi Fi wasnt very effective but we werent charged for it once we notified Chris of the difficulty. Looking forward to returning to the complex in 2013.

My two friends and I spent 9 days in Anguis V poolside Duplex and it was absolutely wonderful. Weather was gorgeous and most of the time there were only 2 other people by the pool each day. The Duplex was exactly like the photos and the position by the pool ideal. I spent a lot of time walking down to the beach and following the coastal paths. There was a cat there that adopted us for the whole holiday and he was gorgeous.
Only thing I feel was missing were some games, like Scrabble, Trivial pursuits etc. to play of an evening on the patio.

we really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. the pool was literally ten yards away and so peaceful and relaxing. the apartment was everything we expected, in a quiet location but only a 5 minute walk to the bars and restaurants. Chris was very helpful from being outside the airport for our pick up to providing plenty of information about the surrounding area. all in all a very pleasing holiday

We had a great time (spent 2 weeks early July). The description is accurate and you are a 10 min walk to a lovely beach (we never bothered with another beach) and you are 10 mins from the Cabo Roig strip plus 10 mins from La Zenia. You can taxi into Torreviejca for ~15 euros, which is worth a visit at least once (not least for the aqua park (note: pick up a discount voucher before hand - the taxi driver gave us one)).
Chris can arrange a lift for you (cheaper than a taxi) and is very helpful (although we never needed him for the 2 weeks).

property and apartment are very good. Only beach in Cabo Roig is poor. But nice beach are 5 minut by car.

The property was great. The pool was never crowded and a few days we were the only people there. The beach is about a 10 minute walk with kids and was clean. The strip was located on a main road and consisted of mainly pubs, Indian, Chinese & Italian restaurants. There are a few nice restaurants dotted in between. We defineately needed our car to go and find some more traditional Spanish restaurants and for daytime/evening entertainment. Loved the property but would have preferred it near a beach promenade than a strip on the main road.

My wife Ann & I along with our 3 children spent a lovely holiday in Angius V. We visited in early April and were blessed with good weather. The facilities were excellent, the accomodation was very modern & comfortable. The children really took advantage of the pool right outside the front door, while Ann & I lounged around. The location of the house was super also, 5 minute walk to the sandy beech and the marina, we hired jetskies etc. and enjoyed the water sports.
The restaurants on the strip, 5 minute walk away were excellent and great value for money. We will definately be back.

Super location for a nice relaxing break with the pool a few steps outside the door. There was plenty of life on the strip at night time and several shopping centres not too far away. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. Chris, the property manager, is very accommodating. Will be back again soon.

I can highly recommend this apartment and complex. My wife and I plus our two children stayed there in August and I can only describe the whole holiday as superb. The apartment was as shown in the pictures, the complex was suprisingly quiet for the time of year (we even had the pool to ourselves for a few afternoons). Because of the location the children could swim safely whilst we sat on the balcony or terrace and watched them. Bars, banks and shops were all close by. There are two nice beaches within walking distance and a few more less than 10 minutes drive away. I would highly recommend this apartment as an excellent holiday destination, we will certainly be booking for next year. Chris also goes out of his way to help when needed.

This house and complex was just what my friend and I needed to get a well earned rest after a busy year. The complex was nice and quite in May and we were able to relax by the pool for hours on end. The house was nice and well maintained, it was very comfortable and the location was brilliant, just 5 minutes from the strip.
