Costa Blanca - Alicante apartment rental

We spent beautiful month in Sol y Verde 2! The owner of the apartment Adam helped us all the way and our communication was great! Special thanks for welcome pack- it was so necessary after long flight! The apartment was very clean and comfortable for family with young baby. Ther is everything for long staying. Our daughter loved the balcony very much! Sol y Verde 2 is very close to both beaches ( Cabo Roig and Cala captain) and you may choose which is better! There is good supermarket just few meters from the apartment. So it was great holidays and we wish to come back!!!!

We had a terrific holiday at Adams flat in Sol yVerde 2, Cabo Roig. There was a very good and helpful communication between Adam (flat owner) and me prior to arrival and the directions to tha flat and the description of the flat was about accurate. The flat had an okay size for our family of 4, a fine balcony with overwiev of the pool area, so we could sit and have an eye on the kids if we werent int the pool with them. The bathroom was fine and the kitchen was reasonably well equipped. The pool area was super.. Spacious pool, where the kids could swim and have fun ,if we werent on the beach and most people there were very friendly.. The surroundings of Sol y Verde were super.. Loads of marvellous villas and tidy and inviting.. Walks to one of the 4 nearby beaches took between 5 and 10 minutes. Playa Capitan is totally nice.. A large, spacious beach, where theres always a little breeze.. It is sort of "divided" in three and very childfriendly and you actually swim with thousands of fish, that you can feed by hand, which is a great and fun thing to try.. Cala Calletta / Cala Cabo Roig super, but hothot.. La Zenia beach - too crowdy, but ok.. As you might tell from the above, we all enjoyed our stay at Sol y Verde 2 very much and going home to rainy and cold Denmark wasnt nice.. Things that would have been nice for us: A large frying pan more for making breakfast An airconditioner. We came in the middle of a heatwave and the nights were very hothothot and humid, so the fans couldt cool the bedrooms. A small table by the couch in the living room Will we be back? To Cabo Roig - definitely! To Sol y Verde 2 and the flat - probably if all the ends can meet again :-) We are thankfull for renting the flat and wish the owner and future renters all the best! Could not fault the apartment or complex in any way. The greeting from Jim,the keyholder and from the other residents was very friendly which helped us settle in very quickly. Clean,tidy and with everything you could need the apartment is up a few steps but well worth the effort.. Situated just 5 minutes from the beach along a level walk was perfect for both of us. We both went in the lovely swimming pool most days and enjoyed the banter with the other residents sunning beside the pool. A week is not enough time in this apartment and we would recommend it to anyone wanting a tranquil break in a perfect setting. Will re-visit early next year hopefully.

Ann and Jim (your managers) were great in ferrying us around to places (including the hospital) and also to and from the airport. They were friendly and always willing to help.

We enjoyed staying in your lovely, comfortable and well equipped appartment. The location is peaceful and quiet surrounded by mature trees and shrubs. It is well placed for easy access to the super market and local beach which was great for us as we didn't have a car. The pool was clean and even had a bit of shade at each end as it did get a little hot during the day.

Everyone we met around the pool were friendly and I felt very relaxed and safe.

Would I come back again? I think the answer would have to be "Yes".

We enjoyed three months in the apartment January through March 2009 and it was a wonderful experience, so much so that we are returning for about eight weeks in January 2010 and it can't come soon enough. The apartment is very comfortable and very well located with a beautiful view from the rear balcony. During our stay we were well looked after and enjoyed the friendship of others using adjoining apartments. We hope to re visit in years to come.

We had a fabulous time at Sol Y Verde. Very comfortable apartment and superb swimming pool. Highly recommended.

We have just returned from spend a wee here and it was much better than anticipated. Jim met us from the airport and took us to the apartment which we reached witih 30 mins. The apartment was very clean and very well eqiuped, I couldnt believe we had a parasol and cool box to take to the beach (as well as fishing rods, crabbing nets, beach games) and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was a welcome pack inc. tea coffee milk and water. ever the supermarket was less than a 5 minute walk. The beached are superb, 3 within walking distances, very clean and safe for children, our one year old sat on the edge of the water without problems, and the fish in the sea feed out your hands. The weather was fab. There is a small park at the end of the road, and all restaurants/ bars etc are about a 10- 15 min walk. The apartment complex has a brilliant pool, with a separate shallow end for children, not heated but at this time of year was warm enough. The complex people were very friendly and go out of their w to make you feel welcome, borrowing you anything you need. The local area is very quiet (ideal) and not built up like you would expect (thankfully). The apartment could do with a clothes airer and air conditioning, (there were fans for the bedroom), but other than that it was the best value for money holiday we have had, and one of our best holidays to date. We will be returning and have told our friends.
