Situated in the lovely resort of Cala San Vicente, Can Moragues is a property which is on one level and divided into 2 seperate apartments which can be sold together or individually, with a seperate entrance to each and a traditional style of furnishing. Ideal for families or large groups, each apartment offers 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 persons.

The exterior offers beautiful mountain views and a pool which is split above water level by a panel to offer some privacy to guests from each apartment who are not travelling together. Only approx 900 mts away is Cala Molins, Cala Barques and Cala Clara. All 3 of these lovely bays offer crystal waters and a refreshing change during the warm summer months. Also only 7kms away is the lovely bay of Puerto Pollensa and its beautiful beach.

Pollença, Port de Pollença, Cala de Sant Vicenç and Formentor make up one of the most wonderful areas in our island, and without doubt it is a very attractive place to visit any time of the year.
