We had a great family holiday, the villa confortably accommodated 6 people. The air conditioning was invaluable and the swimming pool excellent. Never been to Turkey before and it exceeeded our expectations. Eating out was around 40% less than you would pay in the UK and customer service was very friendly. Would recommend villa and location to anyone particularly families. You must try the Jeep Safari excusion great value at just over a tenner for the whole day including lunch. Happy holidays!

Gary and I stayed at Villa Cennet in September 2011. The Villa is a real home from home with all the facilities you could wish for. It is spacious, clean and has those little extras which made the holiday very relaxing and special.
The air conditioning throughout was a welcome relief from the warm weather.
Self catering is actually a pleasure at Villa Cennet with a dishwasher, ample pots, pans, crockery and a nice barbecue and patio.
The grounds are impeccable with well maintained and very pretty gardens and a pool which is kept perfectly clean.
Nick is so helpful, providing useful and practical information before the holiday and arranging the transfers from the airport. The little details you need are all there in the information he provides and it goes well beyond anything you would get from a big tour operator. Nick recommended some great places to visit and we would recommend Dalyan, Saklikent gorge and Kaya Wine House.
In the immediate area there is a very well stocked supermarket (Gempa) and the sunday market is an absolute must for all your fresh fruit, veg, spices and breakfast. Just a 10 minute walk away and a lovely way to spend a Sunday morning.
Calis has ample restaurants offering enough choice for a fortnight from cheap and cheerful to the lovely Sat Beach club for lunch in a lovely setting.
Getting around is easy. We expected to need a hire car but with the Dolmus (road and water) and the cheap taxis we didnt bother.
I think it is the perfect place for a holiday which provides a mix of relaxation and wonderful places to visit. I cant wait to go back.
Thanks Nick

My husband, 2 children and I have just returned from our holiday at this wonderful villa. The description given is spot on and we truly did luxuriate! The villa has a wonderful spot directly in front of the baby pool and only feet away from the big pool. The gardens are well tended and very lush considering the hot climate. The villa is in an ideal location only 10 mins easy walk from the town but quiet and peaceful at night. From the moment we booked we were kept up to date with booking progress and Nick also kept in touch and gave us valuable info about the resort as it was our first visit. I was a bit apprehensive about the taxi booking - but on leaving the airport the first taxi driver we saw had a sign wth our name on it. From there on things continued to go like clockwork. On arriving at the villa I couldnt get hot water and tel the management co. They promised to call in 1/2 an hour to see what the problem was - within 10 minutes they were at the door and after discovering an electrical fault had an electrician call to fix it. Impressive! The villa is beautiful with everything you need (including beach towels) for a fantastic holiday. The air conditioning was very welcome after a long day at the pool. All in all what more can I say? A wonderful villa in a superb location. We would happily recommend this villa and resort to anyone looking for a great relaxing holiday in a wonderful country.

We found the villa clean, comfortable had everything we needed and excellent facilities. Located in a very nice quiet area, close to local amenities. It made our holiday in Turkey very enjoyable. Nick had been very helpful before when we booked, after we booked and during the holiday. Definitely recommend to friends and family. Excellent value for money!

The villa was lovely and very clean. The villa had air conditioning throughout which was very welcome in the heat. The bedrooms were a good size with plenty of storage space. The kitchen was well equipped, large fridge/freezer, dish washer and microwave plus oven although we didnt actually do any cooking during our stay preferring the chance to sample the many local restaurants. The outside space was really lovely, with patio furniture and a bbq plus sunbeds. The communal pool was fabulous and again very clean, the communal areas were lovely with lots of flowers and well - tended garden areas. The villa was in a good location with a shop and pizza takeaway only a two minute walk away. The strip with the restaurants was approximately a 10 minute walk away. There are frequent Dolmuss to take you to places plus the water taxi from Calis to Fethiye. We actually hired a car from the aiport Nick was really helpful with the directions and key collecting. There are many places to visit and I would certainly recommend the villa as a great base to stay. Thank You so much Nick for letting us have the chance to use your home - we will come back.

From booking the property, information pre-vacation, transfers all slick service, assisted by prompt communications by Nick.
The property matched the exact description, nicely decorated. Its well stock, home from home, quiet, perfect location to chill or centre for excursions to local sites.
Local beach is very long and water taxi service are both 10-15 walk. Our favourite spots were the beach cafe resorts "Surf Cafe" and the next one up "even better" 5* facilities bean bags, hammocks and loads of beds and chill out zone!
Local resturants are good (see Nicks acturate guide), our favourites were Duck pond and Pasa Kebab both in Fetiye.
Definate recommendation for family or couples.

We have stayed in this property before so knew what we were getting. 3 good bedrooms complimented by 3 bathrooms/showers and a 4th loo (downstairs) in well kept grounds. The house is very good and not just the bare minimum holiday home that we have encountered before. It is possible to sunbathe all day on the terraces and to enjoy meals, or just drinks, with the wooden (not plastic) patio furniture. Being located a short walk from the centre of Calis Beach and very close to the Sunday market could hardly be better. I recommend anybody renting here, or anywhere in Turkey, do their homework on milk and butter if these are at all important to you. These and most other supplies are readily available from the Gempa supermarket nearby (3 minutes walk).
THE LARGE SWIMMING POOL IS SUPERB!
We will, hopefully, go again.
Owner reply:
Glad you enjoyed your holiday Steve. You are welcome back any time. I know what you mean about milk; it's very easy to buy yoghurt by mistake. Look for the word "süt" on the carton to make sure you're getting milk.

We highly recommend this villa it far exceeded our expectations, it was clean, spacious and had plenty of room for a family of five. It had everything you may need. Nick, the owner was very helpful and kept in touch reguarly throughout the booking process, he also offered lots of recommendations regarding places to visit, eat, shop etc We felt very reasurred before going. We were pleased that beach towels were provided as they can be such a pain to house for five in limited luggage space. The air con was a godsend to say the least with the temperatures well into the 100's! My favourite part of the villa I have to say were the roof terraces, being an early riser and an avid reader I spent many a happy hour sat in tranquil bliss.
The location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach, shops, market, waterpark and a varied choice of restaurants. We went on a few trips and were delighted to be picked up and dropped off at the door. We strongly recommend the jeep safari, we had a wonderful day, the children particularly enjoyed this trip, the organisers made it fun and were very accomodating to their needs.
Thanks to Nick for organising the transfers, they were very reliable and most efficient. If your're considering holidaying in the calis area Villa Cennet is a perfect choice of accomodation. We are certainly hoping to return sometime soon!
Thank you Nick for letting us have a wonderful stay in your lovely holiday home!

It was a joy to stay in this villa, it was bright, airy, spacious and very well laid out. It had everything you could possibly want whilst on holiday, the washing machine was a great plus. The villa was very clean and well looked after. The grounds and surrounding area of the villa were also very well kept and the pool was to die for. Within easy reach of shops, bars and restaurants and very accessible to the Sunday Market which was also good too.

Wonderful stay at this stylish and spacious apartment. We visited Oct 06 which is perfect to escape the UK Autumn. Weather was still hot but not too hot to enjoy. Lovely swimming pool a meter from the patio with a fab kiddies pool. My 18 month year old was very happy and kept the other guests entertained. Location is great for beach, shops, and restaurants. We regularly took a Dolmus into Fethiye for a change of scene and one night for an amazing turkish bath. Very safe, and friendly location without the usual tourist saturation! Many thanks Nick for a great week.

the property is very well laid out and nicely furnished. we went wtih a group of four and once divided the rental per person did represent very good value for money. the layout afforded us with privacy when desired and the living room plus balcony and swimming pool gave us the opportunuty to hang out together. the location of the property is close to local amenities such as calis beach, supermarket and fethiye central is a 5 minutes drive with a major supermarket also close by. the property is also located close to olu deniz (20 min drive), sakli kent canyon 45 minutes and dalaman 45 minutes. in one week we did a lot, we did parasailing at olu deniz, yatch tour, jet skiing, white water rafting at dalaman, bbq at the villa a few times and eat out a lot. the fish market where you buy the fish from stands and get it cooked at adjacent restaurants turned out to be a favourite. one thing i would strongly recommend is to hire a car, it makes life so much easier. we got one for around 20 pounds a day. also its good to have sterling currency on you when certain things are paid in sterling. overall nice family type holiday with plenty things to do, recommended.

This was my first time visiting Turkey, although other members of my family had been on several occasions and found staying in the villa was a lot more 'personal' and relaxed with a home away from home feel. The villa incorporates luxury amenities (incl. individually controlled air conditioning in every room) with everything at your fingertips. It is situated in a pleasant quiet complex with a large swimming pool and baby pool which you step out onto from your patio. We particularly enjoyed the roof terrace(s) for that 'all over tan' It is a short walk from shops and restaurants in nearby Calas - locals and other holiday visitors are very friendly and helpful. The villa is designed for all types of visitors from families to couples young and old or even if you just wish to get away from it all on your own! If you want to enjoy a holiday at your own pace without the hustle and bustle of busy, overcrowded hotels then this villa will most certainly meet your needs. Thanks to Nick and Nilufer for allowing me to stay, I will be back!!
