Villa Koca is a spacious 2 bed semi detached villa with a homely feel throughout. It has air conditioned bedrooms and sleeps upto 6 people, a Pay-as-you-go Turkish mobile phone is also provided. Located on a peaceful private complex, consisting of approximately 40 villas, and ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The villa is located in the quiet resort of Koca Calis, on Turkey’s beautiful southern turquoise coast . This comfortable spacious villa is close to local amenities and only 10mins walk away from the beach.

The complex has a large pool and seating area. Note: the pool opens end of May and closes at the end of September, weather permitting and upto site managers discretion.

There is a couple of small supermarkets close by which are very well stocked for all your immediate needs. The bread is fresh daily and absolutely delicious!


Koca Calis

There are several good reasonably priced bars / restaurants within close walking distance of the complex with a greater selection in nearby Calis and Fethiye.
The Birlik beach restaurant jis just a short walk away and serves local Turkish dishes. The people are a joy to talk to, wonderful with the children and will bend over backwards to make feel welcome. They have sunbeds on the beach so you could stay all day and be waited on hand and foot!

For those of a more adventurous nature try the Surf Cafe and a few others which are just a little further along the beach than the Birlik. Calis centre is approx 30mins stroll along the beach.

Calis Beach

Calis is a quite, yet busy resort and provides some truly stunning walks, how about taking in the sunset whilst strolling along the 5 kilometres of Calis Beach and with a long narrow sand and shingle beach ,sunbeds and shades,and some water sports. Calis also boasts a cooling breeze for when the temperatures really rise in the summer months. The view across the bay is quite stunning with its beautiful sunsets. When hunger calls, you don’t have far to go,as the pedestrianised beach front walkway is lined with friendly restaurants, for your original Turkish meals,or other national meals, while you sit and admire the lovely views of the bay .The location is ideal for those looking for a relaxing holiday,to just sit back and admire the perfect beauty of the surrounding Babadag mountains in Taurus, with their year-round snow capped peaks in the distance, but for those seeking a little more, take a short ten minute, ride on a Dolmus (Turkish minibus) to the bustling town of Fethiye.

Getting around

Transportation around the area has various choices which are The Dolmus (bus) service which is frequent and a very cheap way to travel around. A popular service with guests is the driver service that our management company offer. It’s cheaper than the local taxis and you are picked up from your door and they know exactly where the villa is when coming back. He even pushes your trolley around Tesco!
The local taxi service just down the road from the villa, also why not try the water taxi from Calis centre to Fethiye (takes approx 30mins) which runs every half hour from 9am until midnight in peak season.

There is also a Turkish Pay-as-you-go Mobile Phone which is offered to you on arrival at the villa & any outgoing calls locally and to the UK are vastly cheaper than using UK mobiles. The credit that you use is checked before you leave & has to be paid for before your departure.
