This is the second time we have stayed at this property and spent most of our time on the lower balconey area watching the humming birds during the day and the bats at night. The plunge pool was used at least once a day to cool off. Its a fantastic base between two great surfbreaks within five minutes walk. A very relaxing feel to the house and hope to rent it again in the near future.

This was our 1st visit to Barbados and not quite sure what to expect. The villa surpassed our expectations, but the pictures do not do it justice. It is much bigger than we expected and had everything any family with children of any age could have wanted and more. Lovely outside space with plunge pool (much needed with the heat) and beautiful humming birds to watch. Only a short walk to a small beach and Surfers bar, (highly recommended),and a 5 minute drive to Enterprise/Miami beach which is one of the best beaches in Barbados. Michael the property manager phoned to check everything was okay and even phoned to warn us about an approaching tropical storm, he was always at end of phone if we had any questions. A welcome package was great as we didnt arrive till late. We would highly recommend a holiday here.
Thank you again Graham & Fran.

Property is located 15 min from Airportoff the flight path and in a quiet residential area . One of 6 Modern Properties in a secure gated garden area..Fully equipted to cater for both adults and children with all mod cons including Washing Machine Tumble Dryer Dishwasher, Air Con and a Plunge Pool. Just a wonderful home from home.
Really well worth the price and a wonderful area to stay in - handy access (by car) for the whole island.

Our 10th visit to Barbados and would definitely say one of the best. The villa surpassed our expectations and the pictures didnt do it justice. The villa was bigger than we expected and had everything we could have wanted and more. Lovely outside space with plunge pool (which is hard to get on south coast). Only a short walk to small beach and a 5 minute drive to Enterprise/Miami beach which is one of the best beaches in Barbados. Michael the property manager phoned to check everything was okay and was always at end of phone if any questions. Welcome package was great as we didnt arrive till late. Looking forward to our next visit to Ocean Breez would highly recommend a holiday here. Thank you again Graham & Fran.

Our third visit to Barbados but our first to Ocean Breeze and definitely the best so far!
We loved the location of the property and the coolness offered by the sea breeze was much appreciated.
Graham and Fran provided many useful tips on places to visit and to eat but our favorite eatery was most definitely having dinner sitting on the patio enjoying the warm balmy evenings and listening to the whistling frogs!
I have no doubt we will go back to Ocean Breeze.

Great location, lovely property, only one downside would be the local dogs who woke us up nearly every night.
Owner reply:
Thank you for spending time reviewing Ocean Breeze. Dogs are I'm afraid a way of life in the Caribbean and I am happy to find this did not mar your enjoyment too much, we are really happy you loved the location and the house and have indicated you would love to return. We would be very happy to welome you back again in the future. Kind regards Graham & Fran

Excellent value for money. Accurate description of property. Surpassed our expectation. Will definitely recommend to friends.

First to say is: Would love to come back next year.
The house is very tastefully equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Everything worked fine and was in excellent condition - remarkable especially under tropical conditions.
We come every year 1-2 times to Barbados and it is not easy to find such an amazing property for short term rent in Atlantic Shores a calm & sophisticated residential area. Heaven for surfers like us, 5 min walk to South Point or Freights, only half hour drive to Soup Bowl. Car is a must for this location away from the tourist crowds. But only 2 min drive to famous Miami Beach, 10/15 min to party zone from St. Lawrence Gap to Bridgetown.
Loved it.
Thank You Graham!

I studied the reviews for this property before booking and was sceptical that the property could live up to the outstanding reviews that were already posted. But not only did it live up to the reviews, it also exceeded them! The house is truly a home away from home, and as the owners have young children, I could relax in the knowledge that the house was absolutely safe and comfortable, with everything from bath mats for the shower to plug covers for the electric sockets. Its amazing how much easier it is to pack and travel without having to drag masses of baby kit halfway round the world! The house managed to be both a luxury retreat, tastefully and simply decorated, and a welcoming home from home. The owners were very helpful and welcoming, and all in all would heartily recommend. Two months later, my two year old still talks fondly of going to her holiday home in bay-dos...well hopefully be back soon!

The property was well maintained and had everything required for our stay. We did not have Internet access as phone lines were corroded and waiting to be fixed during the time we were there, this did have an impact on the children but it was good for them to be cut off for awhile. A car is required but if you enjoy walking Oistins and the supermarket is only 0 mins away by foot.

My husband, myself and teenage sons aged 13 & 18 spent 4 weeks at Ocean Breeze in August 2010 travelling to Barbados for a family wedding. The house exceeded all our expectations and the photos on the website didnt do it enough justice! The house was roomy and spacious and equipped with everything that we wanted. It was home from home the only difference being the pool and wall to wall sunshine & glorious heat - despite the occasional amazing thunderstorms and rain! The pool & outside area were well used and most welcome at the end of a hot day especially with a cold Banks ibeer n our hands!
We hired a car for a week and would recommend it in order to see as much of this beautiful island as possible.
This was our second visit to Barbados and we were all very sad when it was time to leave. We look forward to returning to Ocean Breeze at some point in the future.
Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your home.
Regards Audrey & Ade Adebiyi

Ive stayed in the property twice now. Both in 2008 and Christmas 2009. I can only say that the pictures are exactly like the property is. Its a large airy property with plenty of space. Its set in a very affluent area of Christchurch and is very quiet. The owner Graham was very efficient sending me all the details I required for my trip well in advance. My family are from the Island so I know the area very well. There isnt anything Graham hasnt thought of, the villa has absolutely everything you would require. I would also hire a vehicle as in the Bajan sun its too far to walk to town. Visit Miami beach very poplular with the locals. And a short walk from the Villa you can watch the surfers as they crash the waves.

There are so many wonderful things to say about this property that it has taken me two weeks to form all of my thoughts to share!
One of the most important things to share first is that the photos posted on the rental site dont do the villa justice - it is absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations in terms of aesthetic appeal both inside and outside. It is spacious, and decorated very minimally YET tastefully. It is wonderfully airy - and we actually did see the monkeys referred to by another renter! There are amenities included that make this a perfect place to stay if you have young children. We were so thankful for many of these hidden surprises.
Im sure that Michael breathed a sigh of relief as our plane took off - as we were a bit high maintenance" the first couple of days - but once things were sorted with the phone and TV (very quickly I might add), everything worked smoothly and we left him be0) Thanks again Michael!! Everyone we communicated with was so pleasant and accommodating and made us feel comfortable right away.
My family is from Barbados, and this was the first time ever that we have stayed in a rental while visiting the island...so we werent sure what to expect and whether it would contribute to an enjoyable holiday. Staying at Ocean Breeze contributed to one of the best holidays weve spent together as a family. Thanks Graham for sharing your home with us. We already have shared this information with others...and recommended it highly. We look forward to coming back next year0)

Property is set in a quiet and proffesional area of town, but within easy reach of Oistins for the excellent fish market and also my favourite beach, Enterprise (or Miami). I would definitely recommend a car in order to get up to Bridgetown or other beaches further up the east and west coasts.
On arrival we found some milk, cereal and some beers plus some cold drinks which was just what was needed after a long flight. The property was clean and tidy. Facilities are exe cellent including a refreshing pool, barbecue, jacuzzi bath. The best thing was the little extras like the beach towels and even down to things like adapters, ceiling fans and air-con as well as ice from the American style fridge freezer. There are handy things like maps and attraction guides as well.
Michael, the property manager, was very helpful. He changed up money for us, fixed a minor problem with the tv and also offered good advice on sites to visit/restaurants.
I would highly reccomend this property and we are hoping to return as soon as we can to visit again. Watch out for the monkeys in the garden in the early hours, and also make sure you do a swim with the turtles, you wont regret it!
Owner reply:
Thank you for your kind review, it is reassuring that the little extras I try to provide are appreciated. I would love to see you again. Regards Graham.
