We stayed in the 1 Bed villa for 2 weeks and it had all we needed for an enjoyable holiday. Nice pool and gardens in a very quiet area but close to the Gap for evening entertainment/restaurants and bars and close to Oistins for Miami Beach and the supermarket.
Very good value for money.

The apartment was set up and furnished in a lovely way and the same is true for the pool and the open-air lounge. The owner was also very friendly, punctual and kind. Even though its not right by the beach, its only a few minutes walk and lots of cheap buses/taxis go all around the island from the main road so its easy to get around.

I would like to say staying at the villla was excellent, the location was near to everything in all directions. On arrival it was clean and tidy and throughout our stay the cleaner came in (she was brilliant). The pool man came in every 2 days to clean it.
I would definitely recommend this to family and friends in the future. As the booking systems is so user friendly.
There is only one downside (only one) is the chairs were uncomfortable to sit for long periods at a time. There were times when we just wanted to stay at the villa (our home) to chill but couldnt.
But again we had a wicked time catching up with our family, and of course would stay again.

2nd time at affinity,had the pleasure of meeting 2 of the british owners this visit,made us really welcome,drinks on arrival,and joined them for a bbq one night,thanx maxine/laura,villa/ pool and gazebo where spotless as before,spot on location! everything you need for a fab holiday,the owners were not on holiday,they were upgrading crokery,hairdryers,blinds ,ect(just makiing it even more homely)met fred (maintence man ) on a number of occasions,what a nice chap!! pool cleaned twice weekly,cleaned regulary,gardens are wonderful, cant praise this set up enough(its mint) and great value for money,will return again and again

We had a very pleasurable stay at Affinity Villas. Jacquie was very helpful and it was an added benefit having her meet us at the apartment - she was very helpful and even drove us to the local supermarket on the evening we arrived so that we could purchase some items. Would definately recommend to a Friend or even stay there again ourselves.

I loved the contemporary mix of comfort and style of the villa. Cream and whites mixed with natural wicker and woods were inviting and relaxing - just how a holiday should be.
The appliances were up to date and amenaties such as a laundry room came in very useful.
The pool is cooling by day and looks amazing by night. The pagoda at the back was a perfect place to chill during the midday sun and even better as the sun goes down for a cold drink or two.
When I stayed there were only one other couple next door for half the duration which made it peaceful yet secure.
Only a 5 minute drive from St Lawrence gap and a 2 minute walk to the nearest bar, its a great hideaway for friends and family.
Have already reccommended it to a friend who is looking to stay in January. Great value for money for all the amenaties and privacy, without the usual argy bargy of the British package trippers in some of the hotels on the island.

Myself and my partner stayed in the 1 bedroom villa at the beginning of July. The villa was lovely and the location was excellent, Oistins and the St Lawrance gap just a short drive away or about a 10-15 min walk. Jacqui was very helpfull and arranged us a car for our stay. The villa was a great base to explore the island from and we had a great time. We have already recommended this villa to our friends who will be staying at the end of July and we will definitely be returning ourselves.

we loved the house - it was just perfect. It was a large goup of us and we booked the three appartments so that we had the property to ourselves. Everybody thought it was excellent value for money and was more than impressed. we had so many parties and barbeques and danced the night away in the lovely gazebo, the pool was perfect for those midnight swims as well.
it sort of became our "evening" house, there were 32 of us in barbados (all came for our wedding) and they all gathered to Affinity at night to eat, laugh, play table football and to share tales about the days spent on the beach.
we left with so many amazing and unforgettable memories and we hope to come back soon - Thanks, Raffaella, Mauro and the Italian Crew.

Apartments are in a nice quiet area and has excellent facilities. Advice would be to hire a car although its situated near a bus route.
The apartments themselves are well equiped to a high standard, very spacious and the staff are friendly and accommodating.

First of all we would like to give it a big thank-you. We have been the first guests ever to this property and must say, its been the best value for money we have had during plenty visits to the caribbean islands. The furniture is excellent, the property is nice and clean, the pool is clean and sunny (a bit to sunny at some days). The location is very quiet and the neighborhood very friendly. Maybe the walking distances shown at the description of the property are a little to island stylish. We did do some good walks for grocery shopping, as we had no rental car. And St. Lawrence gap is reached easier by bus than by foot. All together, we would definitely recommend this place to friends and non-friends and we sure are coming back one day. Hopefully with as much sunshine as during our first stay but with umbrellas at the pool side. Once more thank you for a great holiday, Bibiane, Harry and Salomon.
