The property is ideally situated for whatever you plan to do with your time in Barbados, its not more than 20 minutes bus ride to the main town, 10 minutes bus ride to all the local night life and never more than a stones throw away from a beach, not to mention 15 minutes walk from transport links to the rest of the island.
The villa is spacious and comfortable, both bedrooms are air conditioned, which is definitely needed, and the kitchen comes equipped with everything you might need on your self catered holiday - except the food of course!
The pool is cleaned regularly and there is more than enough space to lounge around both the pool and the outside dining area, just in case you dont make it to the beach.

I love this peaceful property. Its in a close proximity to all valued activities. A nice walk to the beach, clubs and entertainment 5 min drive and a quick ride to Oistins.
Always a pleasure

Property is in a quiet resedential area. Rooms are okay, but could do with a bit of updating.
Be very carefull trying to close blinds as they are plastic and break very easy( as i found out) therefore lost of breakeage deposit.
Pool looks bigger in photo to actual size, but for family with young children it is ideal.

I thought this property was fantastic Fred the caretaker was so good and very helpful throughout our stay.
The only down points we have is the aircon only being in one room this really effected the two people who had to sleep in the non aircn room we actually found it very hard to sleep as it was way to warm I understand it is expensive to run aircon all the time but I would rather pay a little extra and have aircon and enjoy my sleep at night instead of spending the night stuck to the sheets.
Also we had two days without a pool due to a broken pump , Fred and the pool guy did there best to get it fixed quickly but we did feel a bit disappointed.
Overall we loved the apartments it was very safe, clean Fred is a credit to the place a real nice guy who cares about his guests.
We are hoping to book again very soon as we are regulars to Barbados .

Fantastic! The accommodation & hospitality from the staff exceeded my expectations. I found the surrounding to very relaxing as well as being very close to all local amenities.
If your looking for a "Home from home" experience then this is the place for you. It caters for all ages. The teenagers in our group thoroughly enjoyed the pagoda which housed the football table, as well as tables & chairs for the oldies to relax in whilst sipping a cool Banks beer YUM! The pool was also a welcome break when wanting to cool off from the midday sun- yes I did feel spoilt for choice!!!!!
Fred & Gillian (the staff) were absolute gems & very helpful, nothing seemed to much trouble . They proved to be invaluable with all their knowledge of the local hotspots!
Definately the best accommodation I have enjoyed in a long while. Would I stay there again, er yes without a moments hesitation!

The property at Affinity Villas was perfect for our family vacation over the holidays. All of our needs were taken care of by the staff. The property was clean, safe and well maintained. All that was advertised on the website was there.
Would recommend it for friends, family or couples.

We were greeted by Jacqui who arranged transportation to and from the airport and helped in getting us set up for our stay at Affinity Villas. She was very helpful. The villas are in a quiet neighbourhood in Maxwell coast. The accommodation is more than adequate, close to the beach, super market, restaurants and transportation. For a couple, couples or a small family it is ideal since it is a self catering unit that makes for an affordable vacation. The villas were very clean and well maintained. My wife and I would definitely recommend staying here if you like to relax and avoid the large tourist scenes resorts.

The villas were clean, contemporaryand good value for money. The girls and I loved the pool which was clean regulary and took advantage of the BBQ. However we didnt receive the weekly cleaning service, werent met by Jacqui on arrival and the mobile phones provided worked out very costly. Wed suggest installing a land line and putting A/C in the 2nd bedroom. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to everyone.

The villas are well situated-easy access to beaches, Oistins, St Lawrence Gap etc-lovely well kept pool and sunbeds, large covered verandah with table football, patio table and chairs-perfect for cooling off and evening drinks.
Villa had everything we needed-very comfortable-air-con in 1 bedroom and ceiling fan in the other.
DVD/sky- again-very welcome when it is too hot for the children!
Had a briliant holiday and would recommend this to anyone

Second stay. This time our expectations were not met but exceeded. All recommendations made after our first visit were taken into account and plus.. Can't wait to go back.

Couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome from Jacqui (and the weather ('',) ) both were great. The apartment was very clean and airy, with the added bonus of a pool :-), gazebo (with fairy lights) and games table/basketball net a nice touch!! My only problem was that as I have a lot of family on the island the mobile phone provided was useful but expensive, so a land line would have been more appropriate. All in all a fantastic time was had. Thank you!!

Stayed here over xmas and the new year. We arrived late in the evening on xmas eve as our plane was delayed. Jaqui was on hand to meet us at the apartment despite this and was very welcoming and helpful.
The apartment was perfect, we stayed there with our 16 month old daughter. A travel cot was provided and set up for us and the whole apartment was well toddler proof.
The pool was lovely as well as basketball, football and table top football. Good location and nice quiet area.
Clean, tidy apartment with good tv for when you cant get out in evenings with a little one.
Will definately stay here again.

good quality accommodation-spacious and bright
ony three armchairs for a four person rental.
not as convenient for bars, restaurants and shops as perhaps indicated in description.
local beaches small with no shade. got bus most days to better beach.
were not met on arrival at accommodation nor on
leaving by jacqui.
