We returned to Affinity Villas for the second year running. They are in an excellent location, accommodation has everything you need and are well looked after. Fred the Property Manager is on hand should you need anything, not that we did. I would not hesitate in returning to Affinity Villas and look forward to it.

Amazing holiday at this villa. Everything you could possibly want is in it,. The pool was cleaned 3 times in a week & the maid service is fabulous.
There is nothing that the owner could have possibly done more to make our stay an enjoyable one. Very peaceful location, close to Oistins and the main beach there. However I would suggest that you rent a car as although you could walk into the Gap or Oistins, it is also a treck along a busy road. Nevertheless this didnt bother us.
The Villa was spotlessly clean and the air conditioning at night in the bedrooms was heaven.
A really enjoyable and peaceful holiday was had by all. You will love it.

Villas were good value for money and would definitely recommend. Fred, and the owners were friendly and accommodating and will stay again on future visits. The location was central enough, buses and minibuses only a minutes walk from villas. Loved the pool and gazebo area.

It was great to come back to this villa. It was as we left it and we felt like we were home from home. As usual Fred, the cleaner and the pool man were as accommodating as ever. We look forward to our next stay.
We would definitely reccommend this property to friends.

The Villa was perfect and exactly what we wanted.
The accomodation was just right in size and specification. The gardens were lovely and great for the children. The sky TV and air con in the bedrooms were great.
We were the only ones so had the place to ourselves which was great, I am not sure how comfortable I would have felt had the other villas been occupied. I would definatly recommend to friends, it is perfect for an extended family to occupy all 3 villas. My suggestion (and it is a small one) is that the cupboards could have done with extra glasses/plastic cups and bowls as there was not enough. Air con in the lounge would have been great, but understand the extra cost involved and it would not put us off using it again. We thought it was Fantastic!!! Will book again.

We truly enjoyed the Affinity Villa. The Villa was clean and fully equipped. Fred was very pleasant and accommodating to our needs. The only complaint I have is that the pillows were too hard, otherwise the accommodation was outstanding. I really enjoyed the pool in the afternoon once we returned from the beach. I would not hesitate to recommend the Affinity Villas to anyone. We are looking forward to our next holiday at the Villas in Barbados.

There were five in our party and we rented two apartments. Excellent facilities with pool outside the door and shaded area to relax away from the sun. Nice enough distance away from local lively pub, extremely well located for bus route, St Lawrence Gap and Oistins.

I have to say that I really enjoyed my stay at the villa and am looking forward to making a future booking. It is in a very good location, with oistins being no more then a 10 minute walk or 5 min drive and the gap is the same distance in the opposite direction. You are also local to charlies and pablos donte which I have to mention are great local bars and serve food also. Fred is very helpful and is a understanding to your needs and the properties are very well maintained as the cleaner visits often and the pool cleaner was also there twice a week. I have nothing bad to say about the villas and will be staying there again soon.

We felt the property was very well maintained.It was clean and we ooked a fter by the cleaning staff, the pool man, and Fred very much a gentleman. Im afraid our only complaint of the property was the main bedroom with the double bed. My family had trouble sleeping as the mattress and pillows were so hard.
We realize you have no control over the tenants but on our last three nights a family arrived with a child who was noisee and their music was so loud we could not even hear our TV in the evenijng.
Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay with you.

Very nice. Had everything we needed. Nice quiet location but close to transport. Buses and ZRs to Oistins and Bridgetown at the end of the road. Miami Beach only 5 mins by bus or ZR. This is not a criticism but a few more sun loungers might be a good idea and air-conditioning in the second bedroom.

Thank you for your review. We really appreciate when guests take the time to provide feedback. We will buy a couple of extra sun loungers as suggested as our properties are fully booked more and more frequently - so thanks for that suggestion. Unfortunately we are not in a position to install A/C in the second bedroom at the moment as this is very expensive to run and would force us to increase our prices significantly when we are keen to keep our prices competitive. A lovely appartment - especially seeing as we knew the people who were staying in the other two appartments. Very conveniently located just 5 minutes walk from an idyllic and pretty much deserted beach. Fred the caretaker is very friendly and accomodating. I would definitely book this appartment again.

When we arrived at the Villa, we thought this is everything it said on the box! In fact it was better than that!!! Everything from the layout to the upkeep were five star. The service and care given by Fred, the pool man and cleaners was of the highest standard.
We have mentioned it to several people and would like to come back the year after next with the in-laws. Hopefully, the accommodation will be available.

The villa and the pool were immaculate. Fred the property manager was really helpful and friendly. We hopefully will return next year. Central to the shops and beaches, but very quiet neighbourhood.

My friends and I had an excellent time at Affinity Villas. Jacqui was absolutely brilliant and helped us with everything.
The Villa was a perfect get-away, its location was ideal for hiding away but also central enough for us to walk to the local shops and the beach and a short hop on the local bus put us in Oistins for the Friday night cook out.
We hired a car through Jacqui at a reasonable rate and so most of the island which was great. The hiring of a car made the journeys quicker but the transport links for the island are brilliant and if you want to travel like a native then its just as easy to do.
My friends and I will definitely be using the Villas again and would highly recommend it.

You couldnt ask for somewhere nicer to stay. The villa is like home from home. The pool and garden are lovely too. Jackie who manages the villa is lovely. She really knows how to look after her customers and soon becomes your friend. There is a shop, restaurant and bar all within walking distance and a larger supermarket 10 minutes walk up the road. Nightlife is just a bus ride away on the "Reggae Bus" which is great fun. Would definately go again...already looking for next year. Jackie, we will see you again then. Jan and Caz

We had a fabulous time at Maxwell and it was great just stepping out of the villa into the pool.
There is a small convenience store at the bottom of the road , together with restaurant / bars and the main supermarket is onle a further 10 minutes away . There are lovely beaches within easy walking distance and Oistins is close at hand especially for the not to be missed Friday night special fish meal and fun night .
We were well looked after by the Owners representative in Barbados and she was very helpfull with our queries on the attractions we planed to visit . Also the Lady sorted out an excellant hire car for us for a very reasonable price. All four of us had a great holiday to remember and we will be back . The Buckley Family

Having been picked up taxi, arranged by Jacqui who was brilliant, and feeling the heat we were happy. When we saw our villa and the pool we were even happier. Jacqui, who was there to meet us, explained all and despite the jet lag we instantly felt at home.
Our villa was very clean and so was the pool. While the appartments are very close to all the sights and sounds of the south west/west coast ..I would recommend a car to see the east coast which is stunning.
Well, we really, really had a great holiday and we would not hesitate to go to the Villas again.

wow! how often does an advertisement ,not live up to its billing ,well this villa does and some.
clean, good as new ,well equipt,good location its got it all.
good sized modern kitchen,all white goods in working order,nice bedrooms with cooling fans and air-con,good clean bathroom with walk-in shower,plenty hot water,
fab new pool with easy access even for not so mobile (6 strides away)new large gazebo(nice for a little shade).basketball net,table football,its got the lot ,shall return again,and will not hesitate to recomend it to my friends.

We had a lovely stay at the 2 bed apartment at Affinity Villas, there were just 2 of us in the Villa and I think anymore adults and it would have been a little overcrowded, although 2 adults and 2 children would be fine. The swimming pool was lovely and very quiet during the day too which was nice and a very friendly man came to clean it a couple of times during the week. There is also a really nice decking area with shade along with table football and basketball for kids which is a really good idea. The location of the villa is also fine, we had friends staying elsewhere on the island and found it really easy to get a taxi at the bottom of the road to get around, Pablo Dontes also at the end of the road was a really nice bar with nice food and friendly staff. Jacqui, the lady that met us with the keys was very friendly and helpful too! The only downside to our stay was that the Villa wasn't cleaned at all during the week, we were told that the cleaner only comes out on Saturdays, we arrived on a Friday and left the following week but nobody came on the one Saturday we were there to clean it. This I think is a little disappointing as you would expect it to be cleaned at least once during the week. Other than that though we had a very nice, relaxing stay and hope to come back to Barbados again soon!

We stayed in the Affinity Villas in July for two weeks, the accomodation is excellent value for money and the facalities such as the pool, A/C and cable television are excellent. it is a bit much to walk to Oistins but there are buses a short walk away and it is very easy to flag down cabs. The beach is a 10 minute stroll and there are a few bars around the area. this is an ideal location for people on a budget who want the lively nightlife of the Gap which is only a few miles in a cab. We had a few issues with the TV and Fridge when we stayed but Fred and Jaqui did their very best to help which was much appreciated. i would recommend the villas to friends.

Very well located accomodation. Perfect for families with children who will find the pool clean and well kept. Easy access to all the activities and restaurants of both St Lawrence Gap and Oistins. Excellent hospitality provided by Jackie (property management), who constantly checked in to ensure everything was ok. Accomodation was clean, well kept and well equipped. The provision of a mobile phone included in our stay was also very handy indeed. Would definately stay here again and would recommend it to my friends and family.

Two teenagers, myself and my husband arrived during the evening (flight was late). Jacqui was there to await our arrival. She was absolutely supberb in arranging car hire and a day out on the boat. Now and again she would pop in to make sure everything was as it should be. We had many a laugh and friendly chat with her during these times. She is a true professional.
The accommodation could not have been more accurate. The swimming pool was immaculate. The location was excellent - a two minute stroll to the nearest bar/restaurant - Charlies. It is worth calling in for just a drink as he is such a character and his Sunday roasts are really good.
Across the road from here you can catch buses to and fro from Malibu Bay, Oustins, St Lawrence Gap all the way to Bridge Town.
I would definitely recommend this immaculately maintained property. It was a pleasure to have been there and I will definitely be back and look forward to seeing Jacqui again.

This property was outstanding value for money and would be perfect for a family with children as there is everything you may need in short walking distance. The discription of the property was spot on... The lady that meets and greets you called Jaqui will ensure you make the most of your holiday. Whilst i was there my family stayed in other apartments and they will be definately going back and staying with affinty villas. I will be definately be going back and staying there.

We stayed at affinity villas from 15th Feb - 1st March ''07 and had a fabulous time. The apartments exceeded out expectations as we booked last minute. The kids loved the swimming pool but could have done with a little shade at times (parasols would be useful). We did hire a car but this would not be necessary as the beaches and supermarket are within walking distance. When we return to Barbados we will definately stay at these apartments again, we have recommended you to several of our friends already and nearly run out of the business cards you gave us. A special thanks to Jackie who was hand at any time if we had any queries. Hope to see you again soon....
