Set in the peaceful woodland of Corfu's northern hills the spacious, four bedroom, holiday destination Villa sleeps 6 to 10 people, has its own infinity pool and offers privacy and seclusion with stunning 360 degree views and easy access to many beaches and island attractions.

Living area
The spacious main living area opens out onto the shaded veranda through three large sliding windows.
The kitchen has a fridge freezer and storage space for food, all cooking tools, 20 place settings of crockery to see you through the day and a dishwasher to clean it all up again. For a further escape from domestic toil a cook can be organised to provide two meals a day.
The sitting area has satellite TV, a Hi-Fi MP3 system and Wi-Fi access for those important emails home to tell friends about the infinity pool outside.
Bedrooms
All of Villa's spacious bedrooms have airconditioning, plenty of wardrobe space, Wi-Fi access and three have en suite bath or shower rooms.
Each has access to a balcony or veranda, ideal for a quiet breakfast or to finish that crucial chapter of your book.

Bedroom 3 with twin beds (balcony and sea view).
Bedroom 4 with twin beds (disabled access).
One travel cot is provided, suitable for babies up to two years old.

En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath/shower over, wc, bidet
En-suite bathroom to bedroom 2 with bath/shower over, wc, bidet
En-suite bathroom to bedroom 3 with shower, wc, bidet
Downstairs bathroom with shower, wc, bidet
Kitchen: Induction hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle.
Utility Room: Washing machine, ironing board, iron.
Living Rooms: The lounge as a flat screen TV with DVD player and satellite receiver (FTA - Free to Air Channels).
Other: In-house catering available for an extra charge. Prices upon request.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels and linen included. The property is cleaned twice a week at the owners expense. Additional cleaning available on request.
Accessibility
The ground floor is suitable for wheelchair access including a ramp leading to the pool area from the veranda.
Special needs can be considered depending on the length of stay.

Relax by the pool
The Villa's infinity pool is 10 metres by 5 metres by 1.5 metres deep and has fabulous views across the valley to the village and the mountains of Albania beyond.
Both sunrise and sunset can be enjoyed from the poolside, not forgetting the whole sunny day in between.
Outside areas
The Villa has large areas of lawn providing plenty of alternatives to play or relax in away from the pool area.
The gardens are beautifully quiet so while you relax you can hear birdsong, the hum of bees working and of course any announcement that the Martinis are ready.
Beautiful scenery
As a guest at the Villa you will enjoy a commanding view across the wooded valley to the local village of Klimatia and beyond to the snow-capped mountains of Albania.
There is so much to gaze at - and almost nothing to hear.
