This stunning villa occupies an elevated location with panoramic views of a valley with distant hills and mountains plus there are part sea views. At the entrance of the villa, there is a large parking area with space for 4 vehicles. Car hire is highly recommended. The entrance to the villa is via a patio area with sink hot and cold water and a built in BBQ. The property has 2 bedrooms - both of them have double beds. There is also a sofabed in the lounge area . There are 2 bathrooms - first bathroom with walk in shower washing machine and dryer and is situated downstairs. The second bathroom has a bath and built in shower with two wash hand basins. There are fans and heaters in all rooms. The lounge also has a patio off it with views over the mountains and the sea towards Valencia. The property is cleaned before your arrival and bed linen and bath towels are included. There is one step to the front door, but there are stairs to bedrooms on lower floor. The beautiful kidney shaped pool is equipped with four sun loungers, big table, smaller table and four matching chairs all down stairs on patio area. Upstairs there is a patio area with a big cast iron table, four chairs and umbrella. Bbq and sink. On third terrace there is a tea for two set.The nearest beach is about 4 miles away by car with great beaches like Javea, Moraira etc a bit further on. For golf lovers , Olivia golf course is15 minutes away, plus several other top local courses. Pego town is only a few miles away with Denia 6 miles in the other direction. Terra Mitica is about 30 mins away(theme park) which is fantastic for children. La Marina, a big shopping centre is only 5-10 minutes down the road with cinema, food hall and shops. A great choice of property for that relaxing and getaway from it all holiday !
