Lovely property, beautiful pool and spa, excellent games room and computer access.
Views over lake lovely and easy access to all theme parks and shopping.

We visited for two weeks at end of March just as the good weather arrived ! we found the villa with the precise directions we were sent in a quiet, pleasant lakeside location only 20 mins from Disney & 35 mins Seaworld and about an hour from Busch gardens. The Villa is luxuriously decorated and furnished and in excellent clean condition, it is spacious and more than adequately equipped (Ample towels & Linen a bonus). The pool and spa were fantastic and the time we spent at the Villa was always enjoyed, we genuinely looked forward to its welcome each day we returned. Would definitely book again.

The owners say that they limit the number of rentals and we can believe it as the house is as good a new. We really enjoyed the stay and had a great time. It is a really quite location (just what we wanted) but close to all the key atrractions. The villa is a real home from home and the owners have thought of everything - even down to lots of books to read, games for the kids, DVDs etc. Use of the computer was also welcome so we could keep up with folks at home.

The house is spectacular and excellent value for money. The new broadband addtion and cable TV 鵬 channels) are nice but we spent a lot of time in the pool and on the deck. Local restaurants are great and this hosue has all you normally have at home plus the weather! We are already planning to go back.

We had a very pleaseant and homely 4 weeks at the house in January this year and we are booked to go back for 5 weeks in January 2009 - we loved it so much. The community is quiet and relaxing, the pool and spa excellent and the decor exceptional. It is a real home from home. G & R, Kent, UK

The house was excatly as advertised and we had a great time. The pool is lovely and the patio area has nice shade. We found Tina and Nigel (the mangers) to be really helpful and the Internet acess (free) helped us keep on top of emails before we went back to work. We are already planning a return trip. The villa was welcoming with a homely decor. The pool was lovely although we were disappointed the jacuzzi didnt work. The villa was spotless and the location was nice and quiet. Unfortunately we had problems using the internet in regards to accessing our e-mails which was a bit frustrating as we were counting on this as our communication link to the UK. We also had problems with the water pressure for the last five days so we were unable to use the washing machine.
One thing we did find a little unpleasant was the constant threat of charges placed around the villa e.g. $50.00 charge for blocking the toilet, $75.00 for locking ourselves out, $50.00 for not putting out the rubbish etc. There was enough information in the welcome pack without the need for threats stuck on walls.

We have spoken with our managers in light of this review as we have never had these problems before and the issue with the water pressure was unfortunately self-inflicted. For some reason the customers had turned the main stop cock to only one quarter on and thus, unsurprisingly, they lost water pressure? The pressure was fine before when they moved in and has been corrected since they left. We can not legislate for what people do at the house. The internet is also confusing as the previous renters found it to work fine and no-one had touched it since but it is being checked again by the management team. We think this was simply a user error but people like to blame the villa owners. If the customer had contacted our managers they would have sorted it straight away - if there was a problem. Finally, we would recommend all renters to contact the managers when at the villa if there is any problem or concern at all. Unfortunately this family did not contact Tina or Nigel at all and if they had the water pressure, internet and spa pool would have been sorted. The spa has a specific on tap that you have to use to ensure it works as it is an isolation switch. That is why it did not work. Finally as regards signage - as I am sure people appreciate we have to have coverage for any guests that block the toilets - this said we are reviewing the signage but no other guests have found it be excessive - it confirms to local tourist legislation and regulations. This said, the signage should have covered not meddling with the water pressure and the internet then the problems woudl not have been encountered. We do find this feedback helpful as it helps us to improve the house for future guests. All other guests have found the house to be of a very high standard as other reviews show. Return guest numbers are very high as people like the house so much.

We were very pleased with the property. We found the facilities to be as advertised. It was clean and well kept. There was even a games room, (table football and pool) that wasnt expected. It was relaxing to stay at the property and the lakes behind were nice.
The local managing agents Tina and Nigel were especially helpful and suggested places to visit.
We would definately stay here again.

My family enjoyed the accommodation. Ron was very helpful and accommodating. The only disappointment was that the computer was not working. We were not able to use. The boys loved the playstation. I especially loved the quality of the furnishings and the decor. The snooker table was very popular as well.

The property was clean, very nicely furnished and had everything we needed for the holiday. The location was superb- a haven of peace & tranquility after the hectic days at the theme parks. You do need transport as shops and restaurants are quite a distance away but the villa was only 20 minutes from the Orlando attractions. The price was exceptional for the quality of the premises and we would definately recommend it to family and friends.

Well we've just returned to the colder weather in Cleveland and wish we had brought the sunshine with us. The house was in perfect order, and just what we needed. We had wonderful weather the entire time, and you've got yourself a beautiful property.
The wife and kids really enjoyed themselves, particularly the kids and the pool! We'd come home every evening, exhausted from a long day at the parks, and the kids still found enough energy to swim!
Thanks again for the opportunity to rent it and we'll pass the good word along to friends interested as well. Perhaps we'll visit again next year!

We had an exceptional time and the house was such a fabulous refuge from the business of the parks! Again thanks for your hospitality and we have had many inquiries from our friends here, of course our response is wonderful!!!! Your home is more beautiful than the pictures indicated and we would definitly like to be return guests. Your home gave us the relaxing break that we needed, the time of year (November) was great, the weather was great and it was definitely more palitable paying for a beautiul house as opposed to a 500 square foot room! House and pool were absolutely great, thanks very much indeed, we had a lovely relaxing time. Such a great location overlooking the lake as well. All was lovely and clean when we arrived and looked great. It’s a really big house, we were lost in it at first! Did a dolphin watching boat tour from near Treasure Island beach out into Tampa bay (goes from St John’s Pass) which I can really recommend.
Thanks once again for the house and for the advice, it made for a fantastic holiday.
