This newly completed luxury villa (named after an exotic flower in the garden) enjoys a private position, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding mountainside. Situated in a quiet corner, on the Eastern outskirts of Coral Bay centre, the villa benefits from a feeling of openness with peace and quiet in abundance. Sitting out on the properties sun terrace or balcony you could literally hear a pin dro p at times as the sun shines down, providing all the warmth you could wish for on a relaxing Cyprus villa holiday.
The villa itself is set at the end of the cul-de-sac in a small development, and is entered by private road then driveway. The villas frontage is characterised by beige tones, stone pillars and wooden pergolas, set off against the landscaped gardens and wonderful mountain backdrop. As you walk up the private driveway, you see the well manicured landscaped garden and large (8m x 4m) private pool and sun terrace before accessing the property.
As you enter, you are immediately taken in by the modern furnishings and design. A small reception area leads on to an ideally sized kitchen with modern appliances (including dishwasher), then lounge which features comfortable leather sofas, Silver TV with Satellite and DVD player for entertainment. There is further benefit of a downstairs bedroom, with access to the adjacent shower room for convenience.
Upstairs there is a twin room with 2 single sized beds and fitted wardrobes, master bedroom with double sized bed and fitted wardrobes and a bathroom with bath, shower, wc and wash hand basin. Both bedrooms have access to the large balcony which affords sweeping Sea and Mountain Views in the most peaceful setting. A table and 4 chairs have been provided as have sun loungers to enjoy breakfast or coffee on the balcony, admire the local nature and to relax and soak up the sunshine.
Outside, the 8m x 4m private swimming pool is surrounded by sunbathing terraces set with sunbeds and parasol. The pool terrace, accessed from both lounge and downstairs bedroom offers shade, and is set with table and 6 chairs for outdoor dining. With large Gas BBQ included, this provides the ideal place for relaxing, taking in the views and spectacular sunsets, alfresco dining and socialising with your party. The carefully landscaped garden at the front and sides adds to the appeal.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has a supply of fresh drinking water to the kitchen. There is an electronic safety deposit box and the water is heated by solar panels on the roof. Pool/Beach Towels supplied. Wi-Fi is included in the rental rate.

11 kilometres (15 minutes drive) to the West of Paphos and 3 kilometres below the friendly and picturesque, hillside village of Peyia is Coral Bay, the best natural (European Blue Flag) beach in the area. This is an established resort with many villas set apart from one another above a wide curve of dark golden sand. The summer heat is often tempered by a gentle breeze and the sea has a shallow margin where children may play safely. In the busier months, water sports on offer include pedaloes, water skiing, banana boats, jet skis and windsurfing.
Close by the Bay you will find large hotels, banks, shops, mini-markets (for provisions and souvenirs), bars, restaurants and street cafes for casual alfresco meals. There are tavernas and snack bars overlooking the sea and a large restaurant in the next bay which is open during the day.
More tavernas and local shops are just a short drive away. Coral bay beach is a 10-15 minute stroll with the local (pebbled) beach (also offering watersports) just 100m away.
This really is a perfect location for a casual seaside holiday, and an excellent base for touring the Paphos area, with all it has to offer.
An excellent bus service takes you into the town of Paphos with its historical harbour, gift shops and restaurants. Also the ‘Old Town’ of Paphos with its blend of high quality shops and traditional markets.
Within a short driving distance are the Troodos Mountains, Latchi Beach, Akamas Forrest, Lara Beach, Aphrodite’s Rock, Baths of Aphrodite and three championship golf courses to name but a few. Paphos also boasts one of the best water parks in Cyprus.
Things to do in the area include Paphos Bird Park, reptile park, horse riding, Akamas Peninsular & Lara Nature Reserve, hiking/walking, buggy safaris, 4 x 4 safaris, sea caves area, sailing and many more. Amusement and water parks in Paphos are also easily accessible from Coral Bay as are numerous archaeological ruins such as the Tombs of the Kings.
If you want to get out and explore some fantastic scenery, take a trip to the Akamas, Polis, Latchi or even Troodos mountains. The Akamas is an untouched part of Cyprus with unspoilt coastline and traditional fish taverns in stunning seaside locations. Troodos is of course the main mountain range in Cyprus, not many people know that in the winter....you can ski!

We can arrange taxi transfer by our own driver who knows where the property is and assist with car hire from the airport if desired. The property is professionally managed (you will always have a contact) and has linen changes and cleaning on a weekly basis (10-28 night stays). Air-Conditioning is included in the rental price as is a welcome pack of basic essentials and
