The Villa was perfect, no complaints about anything, clean and comfortable and pool great..! The whole holiday from beginning to end was fantastic, all went smoothly pick up to and from airport was great no hassle at all. The owners were great even let us stay late on the day of our return as we had a late flight. The whole experience from booking with yourselves has been great and would defiantly use your services again, and would defiantly return to Cyprus and use the same villa. Many Thanks. "The villa was perfect, very large and spacious with everything we needed. The location was very good a short walk to everything. Seriani Restaurant was very good we visited several times. Very satisfied with the service. We had a lovely holiday and enjoyed our stay at Villa Zara. Everything was perfect including the weather.

"The property was lovely with everything needed there. The location was great with everything more or less round the corner but far enough away from any nightime noise. We really enjoyed eating at Phideas Tavern and the Seriani restaurant.although i think all the restaurants and bars are all up to a good standard.Although we have been to Cyprus before we always enjoy going to Aphrodites rock for a swim in the lovely sea. The service provided by yourselves has been first class,very efficiant and we would definitly use and recommend yourselves to friends. The local managers were there if we needed them which we didnt but i feel confident that if we did they would they would be very good and helpful.

Nice clean villa, well maintained and has everything that you would need. In a good location, short walk to main street for restaurants, bars and shops.

"We had a lovely break, the villa was very nice, clean and spacious. I am sure we will return for another holiday, and thankyou for arranging the taxi, Andy is very friendly and the drinks were appreciated on the way to the Villa! We liked the Elephant Restaurant, Mexican Restaurant, Phillipos Supermarket - well priced and plenty of choice and Coral Bay beach very nice and has a cafe with changing facilities etc. You provided a good friendly service with welcome pack was much appreciated on our arrival. Thankyou for the vouchers and return of the deposit and for all your help with the booking, hope you and the family have a lovely xmas.

We visited this villa at the end of September with our one year old daughter and 2 ofther couples. There was plenty of space of us to not get in each others way and the bedrooms were all a lovely size for us all to have our own rooms.
Reading the previous reviews on here we expected to have a couple of resturants nearby in reality there were about 20 all down one road plus bars!! We olny went into Paphos a couple of times but you really didnt need to. Plus the local supermarket does free delivery which was handy with the amount of water we were buying!!
Andy the Taxi man was very helpful and recommended a few places for us to visit and was always a phone call away and even arranged for someone else to pick us up if he was busy to ensure we didnt pay over the odds!!

We found the Villa to be well stocked with crockery etc. It was in a good and quiet location. Definitely recommend getting a jeep to go into the mountains off-road. Gary and Louise were very friendly and suggested several local tavernas of outstanding quality. Overall enjoyable holiday.
There is only one negative and that was the villa, pool, bed linen and towels were only cleaned/changed once in the two week period we stayed there.

Many thanks indeed for your review. We are pleased you enjoyed the villa and holiday and that you have made a good recommendation for future guests at Villa Zara. With regards the negative you mention, our records show that the pool was cleaned many times during your stay, with most of them being before 7am in the morning which is normal so that guests are not disturbed. If it was cleaned only once in 2 weeks it would go green and you would definitely notice. The villa is self catering and 1 clean and linen change is normal for a 2 week stay. A washing machine and cleaning materials are provided for anything extra that may be required. I am sorry if this was not 100% clear in the property adverts and booking information. Thanks very much again.

THIS VILLA IS A MUST,IT WAS SO CLEAN SPOTLESS THANK YOU LOUISE FOR THAT,TWO MIN WALK TO RESTAURANTS,BARS,SHOPS,TEN MIN TO CORAL BAY BEACH BUT DO HAVE WALK ROUND WE FOUND LOVELY LITTLE BEACH,WELCOME PACK JUST GREAT NO NEED TO GO FOOD SHOPPING WHEN YOU FIRST ARRIVE JUST JUMP IN POOL,BUS WAS BRILL FOR GETTING AROUND VERY CHEAP,NIGHT LIFE IN CORAL BAY WAS GREAT,MEAL,BAR ,LIVE SHOW,WHAT MORE COULD YOU WANT!!!!!!BEST HOLIDAY WE HAVE HAD WE ARE PLANING TO GO BACK NEXT YEAR,ALSO TAXI DRIVER WAS LOVELY THANK YOU ANDY SEE YOU IN 2010,ALSO THANKS TO GARY FOR KEEPING THE POOL SO CLEAN.

We needed a place to really chill after a horrible 18 months and this villa was IT! The vila was totally equipped, pool very well used by my kids, location perfect, close enough to shops, tavernas,bus stop(which was very cheap and easy to use),beach and car hire all near enough to walk. We did hire a jeep for 3 days to explore which was preferable for us but you are able to get trips and excursions within walking distance. Louise was on the other end of the phone if needed though we didnt need her at all as everything was so brill.. We totally loved it and will without a doubt return...and will certainly reccomend this to everyone I know..

If I had any complaint it would be that it was a little overlooked, but saying that it was very quiet even though the villa was situated wihin a couple of minutes walk from the night life in Coral Bay. We were never disturbed by noise and had a really relaxing holiday which is what we wanted and needed.
Within the property there was everything that we needed for our stay it was lovely to have a welcome pack so that we could relax with a drink after the journey before we had to stock up on food etc.
The villa was clean and comfortable and we were made very welcome by the agent who met us and directed us to the property and showed us round. We were then left to enjoy our time in Cyprus, knowing if we needed anything, advice or help Louise and her husband were at the end of the telephone to offer help. We felt it was value for money it met and exceeded our expectations and looked just like the photographs in the adverts.
I would come again and I have already told friends and family how good it was. Thank you. RJ Williams

Just got back from a week at Villa Zara, Coral Bay and I have to say a week was not long enough! The villa was spotless and my family and I couldn't find fault with the place except the beds are rock hard but thats often the norm unless you stay in big swanky hotels even then you can still have problems. Just a very minor point. The Villa is very well situated and close to the beach shops restaurants etc but as it is alost in a little cul de sac its quiet enough to chill out by the pool without being bothered. We hired a Jeep to get around although you could manage with the excellent bus service if you wanted to. There is ample parking within the villa, ample everything really. There is quite a bit of building work going on in Coral Bay at the moment and it is quite lucky that this villa is not affected by this. I cannot recommend this Villa enough and as my tan fades I am already considering booking up this villa for next year.

Being only a few minutes walk from the high street of Coral Bay was fantastic. No need for a car. The pool was very private too.

Thanks very much, the property is very private, and it was so fabulous only being a short walk from all the restaurants and bars so we could stagger home late at night!
