The Apartment was everything we expected, the huge sun terrace was where we spent all our time relaxing in the sunshine. The hot tub and barbecue were an added bonus too. The pubs and restaurants were only a 10 minute walk away, which was great as we ate out every night of our stay. I would definitely use the apartment again. Perfect for a couple. Many Thanks

On arrival we first thought it was on the small size until we opened the patio doors then wow what a very good space outside and as the weather was perfect we spent all our time out on the terrace. It was good to have the spa to cool off in the heat and to warm up later in the evening. The apartment is equipped with everything that you may need ,the only thing missing is a microwave. I have trouble in walking too far so the apartment was good it wasnt as close to the shops and restaurants as i thought it would be but i managed OK we walked down then had a taxi back, but if you are OK walking its no problem at all. There is a small secluded beach close by ideal if you want the beach. There are lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance and the restaurants are excellent. In all the apartment is a great base to stay close or to travel around the area and was excellent value for money. I would highly recommend this apartment on all aspects.

Our stay at Elena Court was just perfect. Everything is well organized, we found all the things where they were supposed to be.
The guidelines, maps, hints and tips were very helpful and contributed significantly to our overall well being in Kapparis.
And of course the terrace was unbelievable, when we were "at home", we stayed there and were also enjoying the jacuzzi tremendously.
All in all, we decided there and then to return to Elena Court whenever possible. Thank you very much for providing such a nice, comfortable and well looked after apartment!

26/06/10-10/07/10. Thank you so much for sharing your second home. There was a little problem in trying to obtain the key from the key safe at the side of the door. Not having seen one of these, I did not know you had to pull the front of the key safe towards you!! The apartment was lovely, clean and felt like home once I had settled in. I had a lovely stay in Kapparis although for the first 3 days I was not well and stayed mostly in the apartment. Having had to do this, I did find the road outside the apartment very noisy with lorries going up and down and quite a bit dusty. The noise did however diminish in the early evening Dont let that put anyone one off, as more often than not when visiting Cyprus you would be out and about finding the many lovely places to go. The instructions on how to find the apartment were spot on and if I can find it (especially in the dark) then anyone can! Thanks again, and if I go back to the Aiya Napa/Paralimni Districts I would certainly want to book your apartment again. All the best and happy holidays. Jayne.

My boyfriend and I had a great time staying in the Penthouse for two weeks this May (2010). The place was very clean and included everything you could need. The apartment itself is quite small, but fine for a couple, and the large roof terrace more than makes up for it. The nearest beach (Firemans cove) is a lovely little beach, but further from the apartment than we were expecting - at least a 15 minute walk in the hot summer sun. We hired a car for our time there and so were able to drive to some of the bigger beaches around (where they offer a wide selec tion of watersports) and see other parts of the island. After driving through some of the big tourist resorts, such as Agia Napa we were pleased wed opted for Kapparis which we thought was a lot nicer. There are still plenty of good restaurants, bars and other amenities, but a bit more peaceful than the larger resorts. Overall we had a fantastic stay and it was very good value for money. Excellent roof terrace for outdoor living but apartment a little smaller inside than we thought. However, would be fine in summer months.

HAVING STAYED HERE LAST YEAR WE RECOMMENDED THE PENTHOUSE TO OUR BROTHER AND SISTER IN LAW WHO ARE ALSO FULL OF PRAISE FOR THE APARTMENT. THEY PARTICULARLY ENJOYED THE VERY LARGE TERRACE AND COMMENTED : THAT EVERY DAY THEY WERE ABLE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OF OF THE SUN UNTILL IT SET.WOULD NOT BOOK ANYWHERE ELSE ON A TRIP TO FAMAGUSTA AREA

We had a fantastic time in Cyprus! The apartment is in a great location, in close proximity to local shops and bars/restaurants. Close to local beaches, great if you want to get away from the busy Protaras and Aiya Napa resorts. Beaches have great snorkelling! Apartment itself was great, balcony fantastic!! Hot tub was lovely after a day on the beach. The owners also sent us a information pack, this was brilliant! it had all the info you could possibly want about the local area. Would definitely recommend to others, would also recommend Stevens car hire, they were brilliant, get a car so you can explore the area! Thanks for a lovely hoilday!

Overall this is an excellent apartment and suited the two of us admirably.
The patio area which includes the Spa Bath and BBQ is exceptionally large, with sun all day long.
We would use it again.

The property was great overall, the location was quiet but this was perfect for us. Great outside space and everything you needed was their to hand. Apartment was clean and tidy and we had a brilliant holiday.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Elena Court very much ,the apartment and location were first class. We were close enough to the bigger resorts but also far enough away if you know what I mean.If you go to Elena Court you will need to hire a car but no need to worry about getting there, directions are very easy to follow. If asked would I return Elena Court my answer would be absolutely, we have had ten holidays in Cyprus this was the best by far.

Overall level of equipment is excellent but may benefit from the addition of a microwave. In very good location for beaches and eating out. Beds the most comfortable we have had in a rented property.

We had an excellent week in Elena Court. Hot Tub was a bonus! Although the weather was fine during the day, heating was needed in the appartment most evenings and first thing in the morning.
Suggestions for the inventory are:
Large Sieve for washing vegetables/salad and for rice and pasta (i.e. doubles as a collander).
Wooden spoon (plastic one is a bit big for stirring).
Cushions for the sofa - to support back and counteract the cold leather during the cooler months!
Finally a suggestion from Stephanie - a small shelf under the mirror in the bedroom would be of great benefit to the ladies when putting on make-up, doing hair, jewellery etc.

Well equiped, well maintained property. Hot tub was excellant as were barbecue facilities. Ideal location for anyone looking for peace and quite. Although apartment is in an area which is in the process of being developed had no problems with noise from surronding building sites and it was very quite at night. Within easy access of shops, resaurants and entertainment, if you have a car.

Truly a five star apartment. Superbly equipped. The apartment itself is rather small, although this is offset by the massive balcony with spa-bath, barbecue and luxury garden furniture where we spent most of our time.
The only disadvantage was the location; Kapparis is still in the early stages of development, roads lack pavements and there is some building work going on. It never bothered us however as we had a rental car and drove everywhere.

THE TERRACE WAS VERY SPACIOUS WITH LOVELY VIEWS. THE SPA AND B/BQUE WAS A BONUS AND WOULD IMAGINE THE SPA WOULD BE VERY WELCOME IN THE HEAT OF SUMMER.
APARTMENT WAS SMALL BUT WELL EQUIPPED AND COMFORTABLE BUT THE OUTSIDE SPACE MORE THAN MAKES UP FOR IT AND WOULD RECOMMEND.
THERE IS LOTS OF INFORMATION TO CATER FOR THE HOLIDAYMAKER.

The apartment was beautifully laid out, clean with everything you could need. There are lots of interesting books to read about the area which were very useful, as was the owners information/instruction file. Staff from the maintainance company were friendly, the spa pool was checked regularly by a friendly English guy with lots of knowledge of the area. The huge balcony is fantastic for sunbathing, sitting in the shade or taking a relaxing dip in the spa which was enjoyed by our two teenage daughters. Although the local supermarket,
restaurants & bars are within walking distance having stayed in August with temperatures over 40 degrees we would recommend for comfort hiring a car, this also enabled us to explore the many local beaches and attractions. Booking was simple the owner rang me within a day of my first enquiry and was very helpful with advice on booking, car hire etc. Congratulations to the owners Martin & Helen and thank you for sharing your beautiful home in the sun we'd love to stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the penthouse and would definitely recommend and return. When we arrived the apartment was clean and tidy with towels and linen laid out. The bedroom (two single beds) has ample room and good wardrobe space as well as air conditioning and patio doors to the terrace. The shower and bathroom facilities are good and the kitchen area is well stocked utensil wise. It was extremely useful to have a washing machine and a rotary line - we took all our clothes home clean!
The sofa bed in the living room converts from a very comfortable leather sofa into a very comfortable double bed and coupled with the air conditioning made for 7 very good nights sleep.
The bit where you spend most of the time though is outside and the penthouse really excels here. The terrace is huge with sun all day and comfy sun loungers to relax on. The barbecue cooks superbly and there is a nice table and chairs to enjoy your meal off. To cap it all there is the superb spa bath in the corner of the terrace - the perfect way to round off another lovely evening in Cyprus.
All in all this is a lovely apartment and we had a wonderful 7 days in the sun. What more can I say?!
