This is a lovely apartment. Spacious, new furniture and lovely and clean. It has a large veranda which is nice although it lacks privacy from the neighbours as boundary walls are low.Lots of high tech tv, which was a bit complicated to operate but I am sure excellent. Both bedrooms are spacious. There are two swimming pools, one large and a childrens ones and a play area which are lovely and clean. The grounds are well maintained and there is underground parking which keeps your car cool. Location is great about 5 mins to the supermarket and 5 mins from the beach by car. You definetly need a car. The welcome pack was a nice touch. There were plenty of towels and bed linen. This apartment is suitable and safe for young children. The only improvement I would suggest are with the cooking utensils, saucepans looked a bit dirty or rusty inside and the kettle also looked rusty which might be a bit offputting for someone from abroad who wishes to cook the odd meal for their children but I am sure these will be replaced. Also the clothes stand was too small and rusty but really these are minor things. I would recommend to families as I am sure you will have a lovely holiday here as you are near the beach but also have the option of a pool. Loads of restaurants to choose from.

Thank you for such a lovely, relaxing holiday.
We loved the apartment, it was a great size, well equipped and the descriptions were good, we found it really easy with very precise directions.
The pool was a good size, and depth, the baby pool was out of action the whole week so couldve been an issue with small children, ours are 9 and 6 and can swim so they enjoyed it. And we appreciated the cool breeze that came in the afternoon.
The whole property was very clean and well kept, It was in a good location, quiet but near enough to get everywhere, you definitely need a car.
The supermarket at the top of the main road was good value and well stocked.
We loved the balcony and ate outside everyday/ night and enjoyed lazy evenings on the comfortable furniture.
The only problems we had were with the technology, we couldnt get the sky to work and we couldnt log on to the internet connection, but on contacting the agents who came by very quickly he did have a weak connection so it may have been ours that didnt work, but actually I enjoyed the break away from the internet!
Also there was only 1 Wii remote and 4 had been described, we told the agent who dro pped two of his own off for our children to use, which was a nice touch.
We would definately recommend this apartment and have done so already, For a relaxing break and good weather visit Cyprus!
One other thing, as we did self cater a lot a sharp knife would be beneficial.
Stephen the owner was very quick to respond to questions which was great considering we went a day earlier than planned and so glad we did. I think we will be back at some point.

the apartment was really nice. fine terrace, just the view to the sea is a little bit restricted - nevertheless very convenient!
organization of booking, getting keys, explanation of facilities was all perfect. nice and fast contact to the owner of the apartment and useful personal helpcontacts at site. cool pool.
all in all very high value for a low price - we had pretty cool days!

This was a lovely modern and spacious flat in a very clean and quiet complex. Exactly what we were looking for. We stayed for 6 weeks and even for this longer stay it was brilliant value for money. We were staying with 2 young children and found it was safer than a stand alone villa for them and with the very large veranda we also had enough outside space. The satellite TV with some english channels was also a godsend. The provision of a cyprus phone (pay as you go) was a lovely touch. Over our longer stay we did have a few technical issues but these were sorted out generally within a day. One very minor criticism is that for those that want to cook regularly the utensils provided are not great and that you definitely need a car for this apartment as suggested in the description. We would definitely stay again and hope to do so next year!

It was a great time. Unfortunately it was extremelx hot during my hokiday. But the Appartement and the Armonia Ressort were very clean and comfortable. The only one small point to criticize was the TV. We couldnt watch german or greek programms .

We got this as an upgrade. Leaves no open wishes! Very good support via email. This flat you can use as a perfect base for a 2 week-stay for travelling in southwest. Excellent price!!
(For the first time its hard to find - a googlemap print woulfd be great - its better than a complicated way description -)

E-mail-contact with the owner is excellent. All you need is there (except for dishwasher). In summer dont forget anti-mozzie-lotions!
Culture highlights and impressive landscapes are further away. Location is ideal for beach-trips. Have a great time there!

Amazing apartments! You will find everything you need. Its a new complex, with new furniture.
Good beach not far away, but as I think you need a car to feel comfortable.

We enjoyed both the appartment and the complete environment of the Armonia complex very much. I gave us a good holiday feeling with clean surroundings everywhere. The apartment is nicely furnished and provides enough space for a couple with one or two children. We appreciated the air conditon system which was always working properly as all other technical and kitchen instruments provided. Beds, sofas and all other furniture is pretty new and ok. Good: there is a park deck under the complex providing enough space and, especially during the summer season, prevents your vehicle from melting in the sun. It is good that all buildings have lifts and when you come from shopping it is an easy job to get your goods up into the apartment. Our allover impression was very good and we can recommend to spent a holiday season here.

As parents of two young children our priority was safety and cleanless (hygiene) and this apartment provided us with both. The apartmnet is very new and very well furnished. We were very happy to have all electric appliances to make breakfast but also dinner. The veranta was a big plus for us because it has dining settee and babbo-like sofas. The overall impression was very good. The only thing we did not like is that the verandas of apartments around this one face in the same direction so you dont have any privacy. Overall a very good apartmnet for luxury holidays.

Lägenheten var fräsch, modern och välutrustad med bekväma möbler. Och den stora balkongen var väldigt tilltalande.

If you need holidays far away from hectic life you will find it here. The flat is well air-conditioned furnished with all what you need. The services like the airport-transferes and the first breakfast are excellent. The descriptions in the guest information pack are accurate and helpfull. A car would be advantageous. A good choice for making holidays in Cyprus.

The property is excellent value for money with all fixtures and fittings of a very high standard. The air conditionning was a god send. The property was a bit more remote than we were expecting with the nearest small shop a good 20 minutes walk each way so a hire car is absolutely essential. The pool area is also very good with no shortage of loungers. Being so remote the complex is very quiet save for a large dog opposite which was of a mind to start barking as soon as the sun went down. If you are after an away from it all holiday this is the place for you, if you require shops, bars/restaurants within walking distance then maybe not.
Kapparis itself is up and coming but with a way to go yet. Protarus, 10 mins by car, is far more lively with plenty for adults and kids alike. The owners agent was extremely helpful. If you are not thinking of renting a car at the airport I would recommend you use his services to pick you up and return you (cost 43 euros each way). I doubt if anyone else could find the complex especially at night. I would recommend this property to anyone for a really nice holiday.

We were the 1st guests to stay in this apartment, so everything was brand new! The furniture was comfortable , apartment spacious, and in a quiet setting.
The pool area was great for the children and toilets close by too.
you would need a car as shops restaurants were a bit too far to walk.
i would recommend it to family and friends, and would certainly consider going back
Stephen, the owner, was great letting us know about the area, sending additional photos. he provides a welcome pack, which after a long flight means you dont have to go and find bread, milk etc.
