Spacious apartment, lovely balcony overlooking pool. 5 minutes to beach.
This lovely, first floor, two bedroom apartment in Kapparis sleeps up to six people. There is an elevator to allow access for wheelchair users.
The double bedroom has bedside cabinets, lamps, ample wardrobe space and full length mirror. The twin bedroom has twin beds, bedside cabinet and large fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms are air conditioned. There is also a travel cot and highchair in the apartment.
The lounge area has two double settees which can convert to beds. The apartment has a TV and DVD player, lamp, coffee table. There is a large ceiling fan and free standing fan. Sliding doors lead out on to the balcony.
The kitchen area has a fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, kettle, milkshake maker, toaster, clothes airer, iron and ironing board. It has a range of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils to cater for 6 people.
The dining table seats up to six people. The bathroom contains both a bath and shower.
Outside there is a very large balcony which is half covered. The balcony enjoys all day long sunshine. There is an outside dining table and chairs and sun loungers.
There is a hair dryer in the apartment. Prices are fully inclusive of electricity, air conditioning and there are no extra fees or hidden charges.
The apartment will be fully cleaned prior to your arrival. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels for use at the beach and in the pool.
Kapparis
Kapparis is a quiet, all year round resort. It is an ideal base to explore the many beautiful beaches and coves in the area. The nearest local beach with its beautiful crystal clear blue water is just a short 10 minute stroll from the apartment.
Local shops, tavernas, bars and restaurants are just a 5 minute walk away. Kapparis, unlike other larger resorts, is open all year round and provides the ideal location for holidays and breaks at any time of year.
Paralimini is the nearest town where there are many local shops, traditional cafés and restaurants centred around the picturesque church and main square.
The popular resorts of Pernera and Protaras can be reached by car in less than 10 minutes. There you will find a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants and other attractions including water parks and mini golf. Ayia Napa and the famous Nissi Beach with its white sands are only a 15 minute drive away.
There is a local bus service which will take you to Protaras, Larnaca, Ayia Napa and Paralimni. However, to make the most of your stay in Kapparis it is advisable to hire a car.
Things to do
Kapparis has a number of excellent eating places including traditional Cypriot tavernas as well as other international cuisine restaurants.
Ayia Napa is just 15 minutes away by car / taxi. There you wil find a plethora of restaurants, bars and night clubs where you can dance the night away. Protaras and stunning Fig Tree Bay is just 5 minutes away by car.
Water sports are available at the local beach - just a 10 minute walk away. These include kayaking, sailing, jet ski, paragliding, banana boating.
Cape Greko National Park, an area of outstanding natural beauty, where you relax in the peace and quiet and enjoy the stunning views is just 15 minutes away by car.
The water park at Ayia Napa and Pernera are firm favourites with family and children. Enjoy a boat cruise, take a jeep safari into the delightful Troodos mountains, experience scuba diving, book an excursion to see the famous Famugusta Ghost Town. Whether you want an action packed holiday or simply to relax and unwind, Kapparis has something for everyone!
