All major towns and tourist attractions are within 'day trip' driving distance (inc Troodos Mountains with its numerous marked nature trails). A car is highly reccomended as our apartment is located in a quiet village. 5 mins drive to coast and 5 to 15 mins drive to various beach areas.

In our search for our dream holiday home, we finally settled on this resort as our main wish was to find a place which was in a quiet location but still not too far away from Larnaca and the other cities and villages on the island.

Our balcony overlooks olive groves with stunning views of the sunset and mountains. A quick 5 minute drive and you are down at the coast. There are several small beach areas dotted along the coast. This is an excellent place to go for a swim, sunbathe or early morning walk or jog. Mazotos is fairly quiet but does have a couple of small shops and a local bar within walking distance. The camel park is less than 1 mile away and has a restaurant. The villages of Kiti, Zygi and Pervolia are all within easy driving distance offering a wealth of local eateries (car required).

Larnaca with its palm tree lined promenade and beach, hosting numerous bars and restaurants is also only 20 minutes drive away. The trendy McKenzie beach is also only 15 minutes drive away. The apartment is fully equipped for a self catering break. There are 2 small supermarkets in Mazotos for basic supplies and there are also 2 large supermarkets 5/10 minutes drive away (inclucing a large Carrefour).

Whilst it is possible to spend long lazy days sunbathing by the pool with full catering facilities in the apartment meaning you never need to leave the resort. The apartment is also in a great position to explore the rest of the island and therefore a car is highly recommended so you can make the most of your holiday. Parking spaces are provided on site. Larnaca, Nicosia, Limassol, Agia Napa, Paphos are all within easy driving distance if you fancy a slightly more adventurous day trip out.

If you like everything (e.g bars and restaurants) to be immediately on your doorstep and within easy walking distance, our apartment probably isn't suited for this kind of holiday.

The Apartment

Our tastefully furnished one-bedroom apartment offers spacious accommodation for 2 (+) people. It features a large bedroom with double bed, wardrobe & dressing table. The living room/kitchen is open plan and has a dining area with Fridge Freezer, Oven, Hob, Microwave, Coffee machine, Kettle and Toaster. There is DVD player and a selection of DVD's are provided in the apartment. (Only very basic TV channels are available at present). The property is strictly non-smoking.

Clean linen and towels are also provided (not beach towels)

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
