This Beautiful Ayia Napa First floor Cyprus Apartment has one bedroom, with fitted wardrobe, full length mirror, and dressing table & twin single beds. The bedroom also has double doors opening to the front balcony & a single door to the rear balcony it is also equipped with steam iron & hairdryer.

It has an open plan kitchen /lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped including steak griller and slow cook, full cooker and oven, Table & chairs automatic washing machine, plus microwave and toaster all of which has been done to a high standard.

The lounge has two sofa beds, SATELLITE lcd TV, DVD player, CD player & RADIO. storage space, with double doors opening onto the front balcony.

The bathroom has a UK style toilet, wash basin & fitted shower. Bed linen & Towels are provided, but please bring your own towels for the pool and beach.

This apartment has full air conditioning plus double glazing throughout.

This apartment in Ayia Napa Cyprus has no other adjoining apartments or adjoining balconies on this level, giving you a sense of privacy as you overlook the complex, it could, arguably be described as a penthouse type apartment

This Ayia Napa Cyprus Apartment also has a TELEPHONE (incoming calls only) .

The normal arrival / departure times are

earliest arrival time is 3pm (local time)

latest departure time is 11am (local time)

As long as there is no "back to back" bookings on your dates we will be flexible with these times.

We will be unlikely to give a definite answer straight away but to avoid any mix up, confirmation will be sent by email prior to the start of your holiday.
