Property and local area description

Location

This Kapparis apartment is well located for all your holiday needs. Shops, bars and restaurants are all located within a 10 minute walk and Firemans Beach is equally close. If you wish to stay closer to home, the apartment has a swimming pool and childrens pool on site. For the more adventurous, the resort areas of Pernera, Protaras and Ayia Napa can all be reached within 15 minutes by car. The town of Paralimni is nearby, as are numerous smaller villages on both sides of the border, offering the chance to experience the real Cyprus.

Everything You Need for Outdoor Living

The main balcony is large and will be your main living area during the summer. The main table easily seats 6 people in our comfortably padded chairs and there is plenty of seating for guests. A gas barbeque is provided and there is an electrically operated sun awning that will provide you with all important shade at the touch of a button.

A Place to Rest & Relax

While the apartment has everything you need close at hand, it is in a quiet location where you can truly relax. To help you do this, we have equipped the apartment with all the conveniences of home including a fully fitted kitchen. And you neednt worry about about keeping cool because fly screens allow you to leave doors and windows open and we have air conditioning in the bedrooms and ceiling fans throughout.

Car hire or transfers can be arranged if required and are payable locally on arrival.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

I was a little unsure of booking this appartment as it has a shared pool but i was surprised that whenever we went to use it (a lot ) it was empty. The area it is set in for us was great, all you need on your doorstep, or a short taxi ride into the hustle of town.Would definetly reccommend it to anyone who likes it a little on the quieter side. The lovely beach a short walk away, perfect.

when we arrived the apartment was imaculate,and had all the basics we needed,eg,tea,bread.There was everything you needed to start your holiday and all the information on local amenities and on cyprus,with plenty of maps which were well used.The local residents are very friendly and very helpful.The apartment soon bcame like home which was excellent as one of our children has special needs,and does not like change.We spent every evening on the balcony playing games,enjoying the warm vibrant atmosphere.Andy was extremely helpful always there for advice,and we would recommend this apartment to anyone,it is ideally located with beautiful beaches and wonderful caves to explore,and also close enough to explore the north,which is beautiful and quite.
