We stayed at this property the last 2 weeks of september 2011 with two small children aged 5 and 2. The owners helped arrange a local taxi (George) to pick us from the airport in the early hours of the morning and also arranged some essentials for the fridge..fantastic! The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, even 2 boooster seats for the kids when travelling!
The air conditioning in every room was great especially with the heat and having the washing machine was a real help, as anybody with 2 small kids would know.
The village of Pervolia was lovely, the locals are very friendly and extremely child friendly. Like one of the other reviews,we ate alot in the Pyrgos restaurant (We think thats how they spelt it!).Whilst we ate outside, the owners had created a childs play area inside, which our 2 girls fell in love with!
There was a lovely sandy beach about 25 mins walk away (heading towards faros) which was great for the kids and also has a handy beach bar.
There are plenty of places to eat in Pervolia, a great english pub which shows the football and other sports and a very friendly supermarket about 5 mins walk.
We would definately recommend this apartment to people of all ages but especially for families that have children, as the pool is great, the balcony wall a good height and plenty of buckets and spades to use for the beach!!

We stayed at this apartment in June of this year, our 2nd visit we were also there in May of last year. The apartment is great very much a home from home with everything you could want.Pervolia itself is a little gem typically Cypriot it has a very local feel. We wouldnt hesitate to recomend it and hope to return some time next year.I would also recommend Pyrgos for the wonderful mezze and if you dont want the hassle of a hire car George the local Taxi owner (number available from apartment owner) he will take you wherever you want to go and is a real character.

My husband and I stayed in the appartment for 2 weeks in August, we found the weather was a bit hot to say the least, but the appartment was lovely and cool, we used the air-conditioning for about 30 mins to cool us down then used the ceiling fans, we found this to be very efficient. The washing machine was a god send as we were changing cloths all the time. Everything you could possibly wish for was available.
The appartment was spotlessly clean on our arrival, even the fridge was turn on for us. The beds were all made up, so we didnt have to worry, just fall on them and sleep.
I would recommend this appartment to anyone, we could not find fault with it or Pervolia in any way.
