The complex has 4 swimming pools including a tennis court, restaurant, bar and clubhouse. The accommodation features a living area with double sofabed and a double bedroom, the apartment is air conditioned and also benefits from cieling fans in both the bedroom and living area. together with a fully fitted bathroom with shower over the bath. The balcony overlooks landscaped gardens and pool area and has an outdoor dining table & chairs for 4.. Fully fitted kitchen features all essential appliances, plus dining table. The apartment has air-conditioning and benefits from Sky TV with limited english channels.


The apartment enjoys a privileged elevated position in Chlorakas, very close to the Old Town of Paphos and is only a five minute drive to Paphos Harbour and seven minutes to beautiful beach of Coral Bay with its golden sandy beach and its teeming streets of shops, bars and restaurants.Within 20 - 30 minutes drive there are 3 great golf courses. All of the courses are 18 hole. The nearest course is Tsada which is set in the grounds of a 12th century monastery. It plays to a par 72. A little further away is The Secret Valley Golf Course. This is a beautiful course near Aphrodites Rock, that plays to a par 71. Finally, there is the spectacular Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort, which is the newest course playing to par 70.Skiing takes place in the Troodos Mountains between January and March and it is reached within 90 minutes drive.Paphos International airport is 20 minutes drive from Chlorakas. Larnaca International airport is approximately a 1 1/2 hour drive. Although car hire (or use of a car) is not essential it is recommended. Taxis - these are readily available from Paphos Airport to take you to your accommodation if you do not have a car.
