Spent 3 weeks in this property Oct/Nov. It was our third holiday in villa Aurora & it was every bit as good as we remembered it from last year.
The villa is lovely & from the minute we arrived we felt at home as the place has everything you need to get you settled straight away.
Large bedrooms with huge wardrobes & lots of drawers, comfortable beds, & lovely furniture. All kept immaculate & clean as is the rest of the villa. Downstairs again comfortable furniture & well equipped kitchen so even if you want to cook in, the equipment is all there for you to use. If you are going out during the day & want to take a packed lunch a cool bag & ice blocks are there for you to use. If you spend the day at the villa plenty of sunbeds & sun shades for you to laze around the pool. The pool & surrounding area are kept immaculate by cleaners that come in very early & security comes regular day & night to make sure no outsiders use the area. All the cleaners & security men really friendly & cheerful. The villa has sun bed mattresses for you to use. A lovely terrace overlooking the pool for you to eat alfresco with table/chairs & sun shade. We hardly used the dining room table & chairs as we ate outside every day even in November. Cannot fault this villa & find that it is very good value. Plenty to see & do around Pathos & if you hire a car easy driving to explore other areas. Cyprus villages very friendly & tavernas welcome you warmly.

Great property. Very clean and well presented. Great tips on how to get the best from your holiday in the villa and we used many such as Stevies taxis (good value) and restaurants (7 St Georges Tavern is well worth a visit).
Only downside was the double bed where the mattress was a bit firmer than we would like and gave us a sore back every morning!

Thanks Stephen, enjoyed the holiday,a very clean and well maintained complex and a well equipped Villa, security guys are very friendly and visit on a regular basis.
Ice cream van visits at 3.30 every day, good and cheap.
No problems at all,we were just left to ourselves.
No getting up at 6oc for a sun lounger, plenty to go round.
Spar type shops only 5 mins walk, bars and restaurants 15 mins, when you discover the short cuts to them.
Great restaurants locally, lots of variety, not too expensive(tip:the restaurant called Prawns and Steak near the Kentucky, will halve the bill if you pay in Sterling, great food too.).
Would return when the weather is a bit cooler, wife loves the heat, not me.
Alan and Karen.

Villa Aurora is a stylish & well furnished villa. It is comfortable & well-equipped. A good pool & well-maintained surroundings adds to its attractiveness. The owner is very helpful & happy to provide all information & assistance which is very helpful for a first time visitor.

This was our second holiday in Aurora Villa or first being last October. We stayed for 3 weeks & loved every minute of it. The Villa is really clean & well equipped & has everything in it to make your stay comfortable & a real home from home. In a quiet setting of villas & apartments formed in a square around a central swimming pool. Pool & surrounding areas are kept very clean & security is very good with patrols frequently 24/7. Pool towels are provided by the owner & also sun bed mattresses which you can use on the plentiful sunbeds in pool area, which is just a few steps from your own private terrace. All rooms in villa are well furnished with large bedrooms with comfortable beds & lots of storage space. About 20 mins walk to the seafront & harbour with so many restaurants you are spoilt for choice. If you want to eat in, shops are within easy walking distance. The harbour has an old fort to explore & a wonderful archeological site with great mosaics & amphitheatre. If like us you hire a car so much to see & do in Cyprus. Driving is easy & roads are not crowded. Aurora Villa is great value for money & we can highly recommend a stay there.

A lovely spacious villa in a good quiet area. Near to shops, restaurants etc. The owners have obviously put a lot of thought & care into the property & it had everything you would need to make your stay complete. Even had a map with all the local restaurants marked on it & advice on the best places to visit around the island. We had 3 wonderful weeks at Aurora Villa & found that we could really relax & feel totally at home. The Villa was furnished to a high standard with large lounge/dining area & 2 large bedrooms with lots of storage space, wall safe, ceiling fans & air con. The patio area of the Villa was lovely & shady in the heat of the day. The pool was large & kept very clean with plenty of sun loungers around. Even the pool towels have been provided by the owners. We hired a car for the 3 weeks & good parking space was provided. We can honestly say we wish we could have stayed longer we liked it so much.

Villa Aurora is well equipped. If I returned I would take less clothes because it has a washing machine. We ate out mostly and there are many tips on good places to try in the villa. However it was possible to prepare and cook a main meal. The bedrooms are airy with comfortable beds. Plenty of hanging and storeage space for clothes. The large TV with Sky was a bonus.
It met my expectations and represented good value for money on a small site of privately owned villas.

Excellent villa well furnished everything you could want in a house, and air-con in every room brilliant, and many extras including a safe superb. The pool was very clean and great for cooling down in. Had excellent correspondence with the owner Stephen he was very helpful. I would rate the villa as very good value for money could go on and on raving but it is Friday night going out for a pint.

Very nice modern villa indeed. Had a great time here. Would definitely recommend to others. Clean spacious and thankfully has air condition!!! Home from home and very comfortable. Close to town around 15 - 20 mins walk which is fairly pleasant. Shops are local within 5 mins walk which includes a large supermarket. Pool area has enough sunbeds for all and is pretty private with trees and shrubs surrounding area. Value for money. Give it a try.

Excellent weather and first class villa with many added extras. With one member of our party under 2 and another over 80 we did find that the property was rather a long way from shops and amenities. If youre after a quiet, relaxing holiday in the sun, it would be hard to beat this property.
Owner reply:
There are three convenience stores which sell all the basics within a 4 minute walk from the house and restaurants and tavernas an 8 minute walk away. Whilst a car can add to a holiday, its not essential at this property, although I would recommend one if there is someone with mobility problems in the party.

A great complex in a residential area not too far from either the beach or the old town.
The apartment is well furnished and clean - a real home from home.
Will definitely return!

Having never been to Cyprus before we were both very much looking forward to our two week holiday in September.
Immediately on arrival, we knew we had made a very good choice of accomodation.
Built as an attractively designed town house, the property is nicely positioned on a small complex which surrounds a really good sized pool. There are lots of well maintained trees and shrubs on and beyond the patio area.
Spotlessly clean throughout and containing everything needed for a two week break or even a much longer stay.
Two good sized bedrooms upstairs, and downstairs a nice bright airy lounge with a compact kitchen area which contained good quality equipment.
The twenty minute walk into Pafos was not a problem but taxis dont cost a lot anyway.
Excellent value, spotlessly clean and accurately described with a home from home feel to it, without doubt, we will be returning sometime in the future.

This is an excellent property, well equiped and comfortable. Quiet complex, slightly out of the Paphos but not too long a walk. We had a great holiday and the owners have been very helpful reponding to queries.

WOW! Everything we wanted out of a townhouse and more. Everything was provided, even beach towels and a cool bag for picnics. Stephen and Tina have thought of everything. The air con and ceiling fans were a great relief from the high temperatures outside, although the evenings in Pafos were just perfect. The pool was brilliant, we were in it every day, our two children made some great friends. There are plenty of supermarkets locally, with an amazing range of fresh food and wonderful Cypriot wines and beers. We hired a car, an essential for us - we are not pool dwellers, despite the previous comment - the area around Pafos is wonderful, especially the mountains and the coastal caves. Hiring a speed boat from the port was also a major highlight, esecially for the boys. I would (and aleady have, actually) highly recommend this property to anyone. Thank you Stephen and Tina for a great place to stay, as we said in the visitors book, we will be back ...

This is our third visit to the villa and its just like home from home,we love it.
All the amenities in the villa are excellent and the pool is great to cool down in.
Just a fifteen minute walk to some raelly good restuarants and the fruit and vegetable suppermarket is five minutes walk where you can get all your provisions.
The complex is monitored by security every two hours, but this is a very safe and comfortable area,we have never had any problems.
Cant wait to return next year, already booked!!!

The house is very well appointed with everything you could possibly want . The pool area is comfortable with a relaxed atmosphere but best of all, the other residents were respectful of each others space and tranquility. Families seemed to get on well with each other and children apppeared to make lots of friends. The walk to the harbour area could be pleasant but we were blessed ( ! ) by incredibly high temperatures and very high humidity - making it necessary to explore very early or late.
(The municipality of Paphos have to start cleaning up because some areas are little less than derelict ...............)
The house however was perfect for us ....
Thanks for a great 2 weeks !

We recently spent a week at villa Aurora and found that both the property and the complex were excellent.
The villa was very well presented, the photos do not really do it justice. It was spacious, and extremelly well equipt containing everything you need to have a holiday "home from home"
The complex was relaxing, friendly and well maintained with 24 hour security. It was in a good location 5 mins walk from the shops, and about 20 minutes to Kato Pahos where there are bars, restaurants and entertainment.
The owner of the villa was helpful throughout the booking arranging late checkout, airport transfers and recomending some superb places to eat (7 St Georges Tavern was excellent!)
As a young couple on a weeks relaxing holiday this was ideal, a great place to uwind with things to do close buy. We survived perfectlly well without a car, but if we had stayed an extra week we would have rented a car to explore the area a bit more.
Highly recommended!

This property filled all our needs for this holiday. We wanted a home from home it come some way to meeting that need. It was relaxing and had all the bits a bobs in it you would have at home music hairdryer, tv, fully equiped kitchen. It was brilliant having a washing machine I washed all our holiday clothes before we come home so I had a case full of clean clothes, so some of them only needed ironing when I got back it was great hanging most of them back up in the wardroe instead of having a pile of washing as I was straight back to work.
The pool area was great it felt like you were sunbathing and had a pool in your own back garden. The owners who live there made us feel very welcome and all the other guests were respecful of privacy and keeping the place quiet and relaxed even when they had children.

The villa was of a very high standard, well equipped and well located.
The owners went out of their way to provide us with all the information we needed, including recommending car hire and taxi companies prior to leaving the U.K.
There were good beaches and lots of history nearby. We would certainly recommend it to anyone.

New, clean & fresh with everything you could need provided within the property, from TV, DVD, CD, fully equipped kitchen to having a safe for valuables & pool/beach towels provided plus air con in both bedrooms & living area. Approx a 15 min walk to sea front & many bars & restaurants. The owner of the property was extremely helpful with several e mails & phone calls before our hols to answer any q's. There is still some building work across the road, only wakened us at 0730 on 2 mornings across our 2 weeks so not a significant issue. A true home from home, definitely would recommend this property.

Thanks for the great review. The building work mentioned is due to finish Dec 06.

Excellent property in convenient location for all local amenities and attractions. Property was spotless with all that you would require provided. Pool was superb, clean and surrounding area beautifully kept. There is a building site across the road from the complex but this was in no way an inconvenience. The property exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to couples and families alike.

The house was just (if not more than) what we expected; its internal facilities were very good and served our purposes excellently, the external facilities inc the pool were just as good.
Local amenities were within easy reach, although a car would make travelling much easier. Local taxis are reliable and prompt.
I would not hesitate to recommend this house to any of my family or friends.

a very well equipped villa in a pleasant location, superb size swimming pool. The villa is has excellent air -con, everything you need if you wish to prepare your own food, close to shops and tavernas. Admittedly some development going on around, but in no way spoiled our stay. When all this finished though be interesting to see then. 15-20 min walk to town centre, I would certainly recommend to friends!!
