The villa is on a private road nestling underneath a mountain. The villa consists of 5 bedrooms, all en-suite, two large living rooms and a kitchen/dining room. Outside the kitchen on the patio there is a large rustic table for open air eating and the upstairs balconies will provide views of the mountains, fields and orange and lemon groves, a quiet reading place or in the evening, that quiet night cap whilst star watching.”
At the rear of the house, the mountain has Olive and Eucalyptus trees and in the garden an assortment of fruit trees are providing fruit at different times during the year.
At the front of the house there is a large private swimming pool and also a children's paddling pool. 10 sun loungers complete with mattresses line one side and sun umbrellas are spaced between them. The pool bar has a sink and fridge and a set of optics for the duty frees. There is also an ice making machine. There is also an orchard with a large assortment of fruit trees. Pears, Plums, Oranges, Lemons, Pomegranates, apples, fig, cherries etc. plus along one wall and partly over the bar are grape vine producing a lovely tasting grape.
