Turkish Style 3 Bedroom Villa

Yasemin Evi is, and has been, a beautifully appointed holiday villa designed to ensure maximum privacy, comfort and tranquillity. Designed in a traditional Turkish style, the villa will be equipped and furnished to offer every modern convenience.

Your holiday rental accommodation at Yasemin Evi is conveniently located only a 10-15 minute walk from the centre of Dalyan. It is set in a peaceful environment with uninterrupted views towards the open countryside and mountains.

The villa is suitable for young infants, as well as older childeren.

Lounge, Kitchen & Sleeping

The generously proportioned ground floor accommodation has double doors opening from the pool into a large open plan kitchen and dining room. A separate lounge area includes a feature stone open fire, comfortable seating and TV.

There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, each with separate outside terraces that give stunning views to the mountains and open fields and over the private gardens and pool.
The master bedroom will have an en-suite shower room and there is a further bathroom that the 2 other bedrooms share.
There is also a seperate toilet on the ground floor.

Garden & Pool

The gardens and pool area are beautifully landscaped, containing flowering shrubs, trees and local artefacts. The private 40 sqm pool, with Roman steps, is stylishly designed and equipped with padded sun loungers and poolside shower and is positioned to enjoy all day sun.

The villa enjoys stunning views over the open countryside and mountains. A separate rear garden provides an area of calm and relaxation where you can sit in the shade provided by the traditional Turkish chardak or on the rear terrace and admire the views and sunsets.

There is also a stone BBQ situated in the back garden on which you and your friends and family can prepare a great meal!

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a summer house, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Lovely property in excellent condition that was a lovely base for our holiday of 4 adults, 2 kids and a baby! Nice quiet location an easy walk from restaurants and boats that take you to Turtle Beach. Anouk made our holiday very smooth running and was super helpful and our 2 days out on Alpers boat were by far our favourite days - and the food served on the boats our favourite meals! Thank you for a lovely holiday.

The villa was fantastic and the help and support from Anouk was great. Couldnt have hoped for anything more in terms of the accommodation and location. It woiuld help if renters can be told earlier on in the process that the price included the taxi from the airport, as I spent some time trying ro organise that, but of course it wasnt needed.
