The apartment is just a 5 minute drive into the resort town of Denia with its marina, historic castle and old town, boutique shops and tapas bars. There are great restaurants in Denia especially along the sea front and in the marina. Denia also has a 15 km long golden sandy beach which again is just a 5 minute drive from the apartment.
It is possible to walk from the apartment along a coastal pathway to some local bars/restaurants and then on to the marina and the sandy beach.
The apartment is in the Parque Denia Holiday Park which has a large grass garden surrounding the apartments. The large pool has a separate childrens pool and sunloungers are provided around the pool area. There is a bar and restaurant next to the pool which offer Spanish dishes such as paella as well as international meals.
The 1 bedroom apartment has steps to the entrance and overlooks the gardens and pool. It is open plan living/kitchen area and has a sofa bed so the apartment can sleep 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. There is a double bedroom to the rear and a bathroom.The apartment has a fireplace and is a relaxing place to stay in the winter months as well as the holiday season.
