Spacious New Ski/Golf Villa near Borovets

This spacious self catering villa is situated on the new Jack Nicklaus golf course (9 holes and driving range already completed), in a valley overlooking the stunning Rila mountains, approx 45 minutes drive from Sofia airport, just outside a village called Dolna Banya. You will enjoy some beautiful scenery on the 15/20 min drive to Borovets which can also be arranged by daily shuttle bus if required. The villa has been newly furnished to accomodate up to 7 (max), with one double bedroom, one twin and one single bedroom with a sofa bed in the living room. The villa is fully heated with a seperate utility for washing machine and a garage for ski/golf storage.

Travel/Eating Out
It is not necessary to hire a car as a shuttle service can be arranged from the airport and also to the slopes daily. Some of the road surfaces have yet to be concreted but are fully accessible even in heavy snow. The nearest supermarkets for food shopping are in Dolna Banya and Kostenets, both of which are about a 5 minutes drive away. Borovets has an abundance of restaurants and bars, but nearer to the Villa are a couple of local restaurants in the village of Dolna Banya, and the local Hotel and Bar is on the doorstep. There are more family restaurants, in neighbouring villages, these can be stopped at on the way back from Borovets at the end of the days skiing.

Dolna Banya & Activities
The golf course on site has nine holes completed and a driving range, as parts of the development are still under construction. There is a Church on site and activities nearby include both a flying and horse riding school. Surrounded by the Rila mountains, mountain climbing and walking/hiking are plentiful. For golfers, Inhtiman & St Sofia Golf courses are approximately 20 & 60 mins away respectively. The nearby Maritsa River is quite abundant with fish and permits are available. Lake Iskar is a 30 minute drive away and in the summer provides a beautiful private spot for sunbathing and swimming.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
