Location:
Situated in the new area of Vergel the apartments are a short walk to a couple of local restaurants and the beach. The golden sandy beach stretches 10kms into the larger resort town of Denia. Along the beach road into Denia you will find many restaurants, bars, shops and ice-cream parlours. Everything you need for a great beach holiday. Continue into Denia's bustling port area(15 minute drive) and you will find a great selection of restaurants and a nightly market in the summer months. The port is active with fishing boats and ferries to the Balearic Islands and behind lies Denia old town with its mediaeval streets centred around a castle and offering tapas bars, cafés, ice cream parlours and boutique shops. There is a stylish marina the other side of town offering trendy restaurants and late night chill out bars.

The villages of Els Poblets and Vergel are just a couple of minutes drive and offer local restaurants, supermarkets and facilities.

Accommodation:
Modern one bedroom apartment with central air-conditioning/heating unit. Open plan living area and kitchen with double patio doors leading onto a private terrace and garden with direct access to the communal facilities. Directly in front of the apartment are spacious lawned gardens with a large swimming pool and a separate childrens´ pool. There is plenty of space for relaxing and soaking up the sun and there is a pergola for shade. There are showers next to the pool and a paddle/tennis court as well as a lovely view across the gardens to the mountains behind.

Completing the inside of the apartment is a bathroom and a bedroom. An additional bed can be provided on request for the living area.
