This brand new 3 bed roomed 2 bathroom apartment was only completed in 2006 and is furnished to a very high standard. An ideal location for all season holidays. The beach is 2 minutes by car or a 10 minute flat stroll with numerous bars and restaurants nearby. The secure gated complex with large swimming pool, paddle tennis court, children’s play area, Pavilion with shaded seating area and spacious gardens makes it ideal for families and couples at any time of the year.
Inside the apartment the kitchen is light and airy and is equipped with everything you would require to enjoy your holiday.
The spacious lounge and dining area has TV DVD and HI FI with a very comfortable sofa bed if you require extra accommodation. Patio doors open out on to the balcony with table and chairs where you can enjoy a meal outside and that all important out door living.
The three bedrooms are bright and inviting with good quality bed linen and plenty of storage.

Around the local area
The typical Spanish village of El Verger is centered around the main street where you can find traditional shops, bars, restaurants and banks as well as a weekly market.
Next door to the complex is a brand new health centre with an indoor pool, tennis courts, spa, gym and treatment rooms. There are several restaurants within walking distance and the cosmopolitan town of Denia with its many shops, restaurants and tourist facilities is just 10 minutes drive away.
The local beach is an easy 10 minute walk away and there are numerous coves and Blue Flag beaches to explore in and around the area
El Verger Safari Park is an excellent day out for all ages. Local fiestas are celebrated throughout the year including the Paella festival, Fallas, Moors and Christians and various bull runs.
A short drive takes you to the Spanish towns of Oliva and Pego nestled among the orange groves. Oliva town, situated eighty kilometres south of the city of Valencia amid orange groves, offers visitors a taste of Spain’s historical past with its narrow cobbled streets, Moorish castle remains, the blue domed churches of San Roque constructed on the site of a mosque, and the neoclassic 16th century church of Santa Maria la Mayor . The tree-lined boulevard, in the more modern part of town, is home to the weekly Friday market, and the permanent covered central market offers daily fresh produce. Oliva has 10km of beautiful unspoiled beaches bordered by dunes with the backdrop of surrounding hills.
5 minute drive from the apartment you will find the wetland area of pego National Park. With the marshlands and network of waterways is an ideal place for walkers, bird watchers and fishing. A visit to Font Salada where you can swim in the natural crystalline waters. In the summer months you can take a row boat trip down the Salinar river among the reeds and tall grass.
If you want to experience the real Spain and join in their way of life this is the ideal place to stay.
Time to explore
Our area is know as the orange blossom coast with the vast fertile citrus groves of oranges and lemons.
If you drive 5 minutes inland you will find the Orba valley and 15 minutes to the Jalon Valley where you can explore the winding streets with the typically Spanish white washed houses. You could sample the locally produced wines including the famous Moscatel at the local bodegas. This is without the real Spain!!
The Costa Blanca is a very popular region with visitors. Miles of award winning soft white sandy beaches shelving gently into the Mediterranean this makes a good choice for children. Benidorm is an excellent choice for wonderful sandy beaches and vibrant night life. There is an Aquapark nearby Terra Mitica and for a night out visit Benidorm Palace.
Anyone for golf? Oliva Nova Golf is 5 minutes away and La Sella golf course 15 minutes drive away.
Trains run between Valencia and Gandia, or a one hour drive will take you to Valencia the region’s capital. This stunning city is a must to visit, wether it be museums or the oceanographic or just shop till you drop ( into the nearest tapas bar!!) Well you have to experience the Spanish way of life!!
For a traditional Spanish night out with a traditional flamenco show a visit to Viva Espana is a must situated on the N332 20 minutes drive away.
Denia is around 10 minutes drive away and is dominated by the hill-top castle, part of which dates back from the Roman times. The castle is open to the public and easy to get to by car or by foot. On every street and square as you stroll around this interesting town you will find that traditional, special Spanish charm. The Marques de Campo is the town’s main paseo here you will find both traditional and trendy bars, restaurants and shops
Sports lovers will find everything they need sailing, canoeing, jet ski, diving, swimming or fishing there is something for everyone. You could even take a ferry to Ibiza either for a day’s cruise or a night dancing. Or for a longer trip catch a ferry to the Balearic Islands The new marina with trendy bars and shops is great for people watching while enjoying a glass of wine or a coffee
But it isn’t just sea and beaches you can walk and bike around the Montgo natural park ideal for bird watching and is rich in flowers and fauna.
Fiestas provide entertainment for all ages from the Moors and Christian mock battles to bull running to evening craft markets along the port.
