Located in the very heart of Estepona just a 10 minute walk from beach and marina. The apartment has a lounge/diner, main bedroom with large king size bed, a second bedroom with twin beds, Bathroom with bath and shower over, hand wash basin, w.c, The second bathroom has shower, wash basin, w.c, there is also a fully fitted kitchen and utility room, large sun terrace with views from one side of mountains, and from the other over gardens, swimming pool, old town and the sea. The huge roof terrace has sun all day.

Estepona is a 45 minute drive south of Malaga airport. There is a fabulous blue flag beach and small cove for sunbathing and swimming, the Marina and working fishing port offer all the water sports you need, from fishing to scuba diving. The fresh fish that comes in here has to be tasted to be believed.

The area is also known as the Costa Del Golf, Estepona golf course is within a 5 minute drive, numerous other courses are within a 20-30 minute drive. There are dozens of bars and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk, and there are 2 major supermarkets 3-4 minute walk from the apartment.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
