The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The house is a good size, ample space for 6-8 people with its 4 bedrooms and 2 nice size living spaces. Very nice furnishings, well kept and well equiped kitchen. Having its own pool is a bonus! I would note however, that the pool/back deck does not get the sun until the afternoon which would probably be fine in summer months but we found it was quite cool in spring. Property management was friendly, but not very helpful in restoring phone TV and intranet service to the house - both went out the 2 nd day we were there and it was never restored. TVs in the bedrooms never worked.
