Pine Heights Villa
Our stylish three bedroomed villa is set in a peaceful location with views across the pine forest and the port of Göcek beyond. It is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and home comforts to cater for every holiday need. The villa has large terraces for relaxing and dining al fresco, overlooking the private swimming pool (8m x 5m & 1.55m deep) with sea views. The terraces are designed in two sections, suitable for sitting in the sun or in the shade, whichever you choose. The gardens are well kept, providing ample space in which to while away lazy days. The terrace and pool can easily be viewed from the lounge and kitchen with access to the terrace from both these rooms via patio doors. The outside wall and pool lighting provide the perfect ambience to relax on the terrace of an evening.
Location
The Villas are situated 2km from the multi-cultural harbour of Göcek. A small town on the southwest turquoise coast of Turkey and home to some of the wealthiest people in the world. Just half an hour drive from the famous lagoon beach resort of Oludeniz. In addition, Fethiye & Dalaman Towns are situated 25 minutes drive away. There is a supermarket & several small mini markets situated in the town centre of Göcek just 5 minutes drive away.

Göcek has long been a desirable destination for both Turkish and foreign yachtsmen, as well as a favourite stopover for jet-setters and celebrities alike. The Port of Gocek is less than half an hour’s drive by car from Dalaman International Airport. It is not just world-class yachting that makes Göcek a special place it is the way the culture and natural surroundings blend in such a serene way. Set at the northwest end of the Gulf of Fethiye, Göcek is blessed with magnificent scenery. Backed by beautiful forested mountains and substantial pine forests it looks out over the Twelve Islands, which provide shelter for Göcek`s almost circular bay that has made the village such a perfect, natural harbour. Lured by such perfection, the yachting community has long made Göcek a favourite, and it is also a popular stop for gulet cruises.
Göcek has an impressive range of facilities for a place that remains so blissfully unspoiled. There are only a handful of small hotels and pensions yet all along the wide landscaped promenade that fringes the quayside there are plenty of eateries, from simple cafes to excellent restaurants specializing in delicious fresh fish. In the back streets and around the old village square by the mosque, there is a surprising array of interesting craft shops. The tastefully landscaped waterfront is a lovely place to sip a cool drink and watch the yachts sailing to and fro. Located at the northern end of the breathtakingly beautiful Gulf of Fethiye the possibilities for leisurely cruising amongst the many small islands, as well as snorkelling, diving and fishing are limitless. Göcek has four marinas, including the recently built 500-berth Port Göcek Marina and an active yacht club which organises regattas and social events.
