We had a great holiday at this property. The owner was helpful & always answered emails quickly. On arrival the apartment was spacious, clean & well stocked - the kitchen was good enough to properly self-cater so you could stock the fridge-freezer and cook proper meals if desired (if you are doing this it is more than worth the taxi fare to the Supermarket at Las Chafiras which is far cheaper than local shops). The balcony was great for sitting out on with a wee drink in the cool of the evening, and it was nice to have the option of a bit of TV at times. The complex was relatively quiet and had a wide range of nationalities staying there which we appreciated - there was stuff to do on-site, but I cant imagine anyone would not need to venture out as well. There is a fair choice of local restaurants and bars - although this is not somewhere for people who want to be out partying every night (perfect for us!). It is easy enough to use the local bus to Los CristianosCosta Adeje for a more traditional seaside/beach resort and tourist attractions, and we also travelled this way to Santa Cruz. Bus is significantly cheaper than taxi. Our only slight criticism would be that there was no air con in the apartment, which at the height of July was an issue, but it didnt detract from our overall enjoyment of the holiday - and probably wouldnt be such an issue other times of the year.
In conclusion - this is a perfect apartment for couples/smaller families who are looking for some relaxation in the sun, with access to the benefits of a larger tourist resort while getting peace and privacy too - and all really good value for money. Thanks!

Just returned from Gulf Del Sur with my husband and two children . We had a fantastic time. Apartment great value for money , have already recommended to family and friends . People on the complex very friendly and helpful . The apartment is in a great position overlooking the pool . Lifeguard around the pool very very good , He was totally on the ball, which is a refreshing change !!! .
Apartment had all the amenities required , although husband would of liked extra fan or air conditioning for evening.
This resort is not for you if you have teenage children and want a very lively resort. Gulf Del Sur is on the quieter side and not over commercialised , which we enjoyed. You can catch a bus into Los christianos which is only ten minutes away. Plenty of trips are available to book through complex .

This property is exactly as described the location is ideal for any family looking for plenty to do without any rowdiness of the singles/clubbing scene. Lots of very reasonably priced restaurants in walking distance. Local market held every Friday. The complex has a childrens club and full programme of entertainment including water gym every day at noon. The resort staff couldnt be more helpful and arranged a birthday cake for my daughter at a very reasonable price. The only thing I would recommend is get your own taxi direct from airport which costs around 16 euros you also need to bear in mind that this is not the only Parque Albatros therefore do ask for Golf Del Sur first!!!!
The owner is always contactable which we found reassuring and the room is tended once a week - there is no aircon however we didnt find this to be a problem as there was a fan and there was good airflow when the 2 patio doors were opened. Do take mosquito repellant - we had a few nasty bites in the first few days but had no problems at all after day 5. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable experience a great resort and a budget that is easily achieveable!!! Many Thanks

Thanks very much for your positive feeback and I'm really glad you enjoyed yourselves. As you will have seen, we had the kitchen and living area completely renovated in May, and next on the list is having aircon fitted in the bedroom. This should happen early next year.

The apartment was neat, clean and had all the basic things you need. Some very thoughtful touches were added in preparation for our arrival, like milk and bottled water. Front balcony over looks the pool, which I must say is very well maintained and a very good size, with plenty of sun loungers. The restaurant on the complex was good. Complex was very well located for a variety of restaurants and excellent as a golfing location. I would recommend this apartment for 1 to 4 persons but I'm not sure you could comfortably fit 5 people in it, as the description says. Its a great little apartment give it a try.
P.S. We would like to thank John who looks after the apartment, who came to our rescue so quickly when we locked ourselves out.

I’d just like to say how much we enjoyed our stay at the Parque Albatros.
We have stayed there before but this apartment was much better located for the pool and restaurants. The apartment itself was very nice, clean and had lovely views. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends.
