With its relaxed welcoming atmosphere offers fantastic views over the villages, the hills and the nearby sea.
Offers you a settle to prepare your activities during your holidays in all season of the year. You can start from this area to see all the island of Samos from the mountains to the sea from the vineyards to the archeological sites. It is 90 sqm in 3 floors.On the ground floor there is the living area, dining table- chairs and with pretty sofas. There is also a full-equipped kitchen, fridge and oven; the 2nd floor composed by bedroom, a small sitting room and the bathroom (In this floor you will also find the washing machine) and the 3rd floor is the attic . The house is equipped with air conditioning.
