Villa Vardiani .Our blue villa. Enjoy relaxing holidays without missing the comforts of home in this spacious detached villa. With 170 sqm (almost 1830 sqf) of space Villa Vardiani is capable of accommodating up to 10 persons, 6 adults and 4 children.

Villa Vardiani has a big living room, one fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor and a big romantic bedroom with one bathroom in the attic.

Cleaning is once a week for the Villa and daily for the swimming pool.

Villa Vardiani’s amenities include Air Conditiong, TV, DVD and Hi-Fi.

The main balcony is covered by a pergola where you and your family or friends can relax, watching the beautiful view where the sea and the land meet. The private pool offers cool moments at any time.

The deck chairs that lay on the grass by the pool, allow perfect suntan during daytime.

People that love quite vacations, can take long walks by the 3.5 km sandy beach next to the villa. Those who seek more fun can enjoy the organized beach of Xi with the bars and music, which lays only 400m from the villas.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a summer house, a balcony, sea views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Kefalonia Resort Villas offered our large company (2 couples with four kids) exactly what we needed. With clean, beautifully furnished rooms overlooking the pool and beach, the children were able to swim whenever they wanted. Since there was a kitchen we were able to fix our own meals and save money by not paying for an all-inclusive resort.
