Lefkada is surrounded by blue waters with white endless sandy beaches, mostly in the west. The east is dominated by the green Prigiponissia with its picturesque anchorages and its sandy gulfs
The safe sea and the several small islands with natural resorts on the eastside of the island offer ideal conditions for sailing, while the modern facilities for anchorage make the place ideal.
Location Villa Marcelina
The villa is located to the South of the Island close to Syvota. The sheltered anchorage at Syvota makes it a favourite with the boating set and boasts a large number of fish taverns to satisfy their needs.
The villa have a private driveway, and is situated within 4,500 square metres of land, which ensures maximum privacy. The villa has a private swimming pool and, for sea bathers, there is direct access to the sea from the villa.
Interior
When entering the villa you arrive in a very spacious L-room with one side the living room and the other side a dinig room and the kitchen. Two French windows lead to a beutiful sheltered veranda with spectacular views.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dish washing machine, oven, microwave and coffee machine.
From the living area you have access to spacious double bedrooms with large closets (with a safe in one bedroom), each with en suite bathrooms (bath/shower) and individual verandas with beautiful sea views.
On the upper floor,there are two double bedrooms with large closets, en suite bathrooms (bath/shower), and individual verandas offering beautiful views.
On the groundfloor is an extra studio with kitchen facilities and a sheltered terrace.
