Family of 5 adults stayed in this villa which we found to be excellant value with the facilities within the villa, it was everthing we had hoped for.
We found the owner to be very friendly and helpful with lots of information on things like varios places to eat, places to visit other than the parks, and lots of general information like doctors,internet access, directions and shortcuts.
I would recommend this villa to anyone and hope that we may visit again in the future.

We had such a great time at this home on our vacation. We had four generations at the home and everyone enjoyed their stay. The pool and spa was a great way to spend the day and I dont think we ate a meal inside the home with the great outdoor space that was available. We also loved the bathroom that was outside - what a great addition for the children to not have to run back through the home when they are enjoying the pool! The home was great, the beds were comfortable and the location was close to all the parks. We would definately go back to this home for a vacation!!

When we go on holiday we want something a bit special. We have stayed in Orlando in other villas of good quality but this time we decided to pay just a little bit more and I have to say it was well worth it. I could not fault this villa no matter how much I tried! There were 5 of us staying there. The villa was very spacious, very clean and well equipped with every thing you would want. Each of the 4 bathrooms had lots of lovely fresh towels of which you never ran out. The kitchen was immaculate with everything exactly as it should be and lots of it. At night when we came back from the parks the games room was fantastic for all the family.So if you are looking for a villa that really has it all, then I suggest you try it for yourself.

I can honestly say that the villa really made our holiday.
It was ideally situated in a lovely quiet prestigious area, with supermarkets etc only a stone's throw away and only 10 minutes from Disneyland.
The villa itself exceeded our expectations it was absolutely immaculate, extremely comfortable and had everything that you could possibly need & more.
Relaxing with a glass of wine in a bubbling spa after a manic day around the parks was absolutely fantastic!
If I return to Florida I would definitely stay again and would have no qualms in recommending it to anyone else.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The house has beautiful furnishings and decor. We shared it with two other families (pushing the maximum capacity to 12 people) and I have to say that there was plenty of room! We were busy at theme parks during the day and when we got back to the house the kids made straight for the pool. Once they were to bed we took advantage of the spa....it was wonderful. There were lots of conveniences close by. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone!
