The villa is an excellent place to stay to enjoy a relaxing break. It is located in a quiet part of Hua Hin but all of the local amenities are easily accessible. The villa is spacious and secure as the complex employs security guards round the clock. Some form of transport is a definite necessity to explore the local surroundings but a scooter can be rented locally for around 200 baht a day and cars are also available. There is a large sports complex nearby that offers Tennis, Badminton, a Golf driving range and a fitness gym. The beaches and nightlife of Hua Hin are also about 10 minutes away. The complex has a communal pool but I was the only one that seemed to be using it and there was also a multigym machine. Local restaurants serve authentic thai food at a lot cheaper prices than you would find in the centre of Hua Hin. There is a large temple nearby with a large fishpond that contains giant catfish and turtles. Also there is a large Water Park and a wakeboarding lake about 10 minutes away at Black Mountain. There are a lot of good golf courses in the vicinity.

great property very well looked after good facilities friendly neighbours very secure setting only downside was that the pool on the complex was rather dirty due to lack of a proper filter but this is no fault of the villa owner would definatley stay again thanks
Owner reply:
Please note : pool in the complex has had a leak and is currently being fixed which is why it was dirty. It is not usually in that condition. Renters can also use the larger pool at the resort behind the property which is beautiful.

An excellent property for a family who have their own transport. The house is spacious and has all that you would need in terms of linen, cutlery etc. the bedrooms are modern and clean. The complex is extremely quiet and has nice views of the surrounding countryside and mountains. Their is also a communal swimming pool that is rarely used by other people and so feels like a private one. Overall, an excellent property.

The property was just as expected. Quiet and remote but just a 15 minute motorbike ride to the buzzing town of Huahin. Jill the owner could not have been more helpful. Recommending restaurants, beaches, even the taxi from Bangkok to the villa. As was explained you must have a vehicle to get around. Bikes and cars a very cheap to hire. The nearby restaurant and spa resort is beautiful with its natural lakes, its the only place that is in walking distance.
