The Villa
Luxury 4 bedroom villa with private 10 x 5 pool/spa, the villa has 2 Double bedrooms & 2 Twin bedrooms, all 4 bedrooms have en-suites, air conditioning, ceiling fans, TVs, DVDs. 1 Double bedroom & 1 Twin bedroom are situated off the 1st floor blacony area, via outdoor staircase to rear of property.
This beautiful villa is designed for small and large families and groups of all ages. The villa is a spacious and airy home that is comfortable in all seasons. By day or night the pool and gardens are stunning and will make the days you stay special.
The villa is large, modern, with air conditiong and fans throughout, an open plan living area which has 2 large leather sofa's which seats 8 people or more comfortably, marble tiles throughout, 42" LCD TV. DVD satellite and a Surround sound systems making this a very comfortable living area. The dining area seats 10 people.
The fully fitted European style kitchen has all the facilities for simple cooking or entertaining, also fitted with a dishwasher so nobody has to wash up at the end, and of course the BBQ is a popular choice with wonderful local seafood both cheap and abundant.
The separate Utility Room has a hot water washing machine, laundry baskets, iron & ironing board, there is also a safe to keep your personal belongings secure. And plenty of space to store suitcases.
All bedrooms have en-suites with hot water showers, toilet and sink which makes them spacious and comfortable, all have Air-conditioning, ceiling fans and all have 18" TV/DVD's. The 2 Bedrooms on the 1st floor have a small fridge for convenience. Linen and towels are provided.
The master bathroom is ideal for large and small families, hot water power shower, toilet, sink, cupboard for storing towels (which are provided) and toiletries, all bathrooms have non slip tiles or sandwash, so no accidents.
There is an office area with free wifi/internet, printer & on the wall moniter screen.
The house and garden areas are not overlooked, around the villa is a private and secure home environment, this is a very natural environment for kids to play in and outdoors any time of day.
With large opening patio doors leading onto sheltered patio area with comfortable seating and dining table, the spacious garden features a private pool 10m x 5m with a spa at the shallow end. There are various seating areas with shade, with comfortable seating, sun loungers and parasols around the pool areas. There is a gas BBQ outside. There is plenty outside lighting, around the garden in the pool lighting, there is also a outside shower and toilet.
And for extra entertainment upstairs there is a 8 x 4 pool table which is on a large covered terraced area with comfortable seating and dining table, and natural views of the surroundings.
The villa has an alarm and safe to use.

The villa is situated on a quiet site, with 24hr security.
There is a local shop just outside of the site selling water, toileries, beer, pop, any many more basic food products.
Local taxi service is availble just outside of the site, that will take you into town for about 200 baht.
We can arrange Airport pick ups from Bangkok Airport or from a hotel in Bangkok, direct to the villa. Prices on request.
Hua Hin is geared towards families couples and those wanting something different. In town there is an array of shops, shopping centers, supermarkets (including tesco) street vendors and excellent markets, there is an abundance of restaurants offering a variety of foods, Thai cuisine, Western food and fast food outlets at very reasonable prices.
There are many beaches in the Hua Hin area, which provide everything from banana boats, jet ski's, pony rides, massage and beach side restaurants. local attractions include the elephant village (2min from villa),fishing, golfing, temples, water sports, thai boxing, kings palace, waterfalls, Thai massage, health spa's,national parks to name a few.
Hua Hin is one of the golfing worlds best kept secret, there are 8 world class courses, all within easy reach of Hua Hin. Royal Hua Hin golf course is a 5 minute drive from the villa, and the new Black Mountain golf course is a 10 minute drive from the villa. Professionals and amateurs alike will enjoy the beautiful surroundings and superb facilities at these course. There are local guides who can help with arranging golf reservations in advance of arriving in Thailand.
