The directions sent were wrong, you need to take Soi 116 not 112. The villa is a bit of the beaten track and you need to use a road in need of repair as there are a lot of holes in it. The villa itself is very nice and clean and large inside. The pool size is excellent. One disapointment is that not all the things listed, ie hairdryer, were not present and you would need to ask for things if they are not present. The villa is surrounded by other very nice villas and the neighbours are all very friendly and helpful. Ine downside is the cost of the electricity & water so be aware when using the jaqcuzzi and showers and the bill soon mounts up.
