Luxurious penthouse available for holiday rentals at Horizon Sky, Bodrum

Situated on the multiple award-winning upscale beach resort of Horizon Sky near Bodrum, this spacious air-conditioned penthouse apartment has been furnished to a very high contemporary standard and can accommodate two people in great comfort.

Properties at the resort have been designed to the highest European standards in design, quality and finish. This apartment features a huge terrace with 180-degree panoramic views of Mandalya Bay and the surrounding areas.

Inside, there's a roomy open-plan living-dining-kitchen area with two sets of French windows leading directly onto the terrace. The modern kitchen is equipped to a high specification, and the dining area seats up to six people. The luxurious living area has a 32-inch flat-screen TV, (which features a USB port, allowing guests to bring and watch their own viewing material).

The apartment's airy bedroom also features French windows, which lead onto the terrace. The bedroom also features built-in mirrored wardrobe complete with drawers, and a spacious contemporary en-suite bathroom, with a bath and power-shower, and double sinks.

The resort boasts a variety of facilities which currently include 6 outdoor swimming pools, children's play area, restaurant, landscaped botanic gardens, free Wi-Fi, friendly and helpful staff, an on-site shuttle service, its own private beach and a small shop to buy your basic supplies. The fitness centre incorporates a jacuzzi, sauna, cold dip 'bath' and freestanding gym equipment (paid-for access available via the resort's on-site management team).

A private boat transfer service operates from Horizon Sky's private beach and jetty, to and from the nearby atmospheric fishing town of Güllük, in which there are several good dining establishments and bars, (which we would be happy to recommend), along with a decent-sized supermarket, a pharmacy, bakeries, coffee shops, and several banks. Taxis and mini-buses may be taken to the buzzing town of Bodrum from here. Güllük is also only 15 minutes away by cab from Bodrum Airport, (a one-way journey costs approximately 40 YTL).

Please note that while the apartment forms part of a phase in the development of Horizon Sky that has already been completed, development work is still underway in parts of the resort. Development work is suspended each year between 15th April to 15th October.

The penthouse is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
