Large house in an excellent location for Disney World! Good value compared to Disney resorts. Condition was less than desirable. Broken drawers in bedroom dresser, torn curtains in another bedroom, which meant we could not use that bedroom for lack of privacy, huge ant problem in bathroom, so much so that we could not use that bathroom. Master bedroom bedding had red stains on it, Air vents dripped with dust, and the main TV did not work. Patio furniture was covered in mildew so you could not sit on it. Fortunately, we were gone from the property from early morning to late at night.

We had a fabulous stay in this beautiful home. It was equipped with everything we could wish for and was so convenient to all the parks and shopping areas that we visited. We would not hesitate to rent from Marie and Lou again.

Lou and Maria – thank you for the use of this wonderful home! It was more beautiful and spacious than we anticipated. The neighborhood is conveniently located to Disney, several restaurants and places to shop. This home is ideal for a family with kids who want to unwind after the long days wandering Disney and Universal. We look forward to our next visit to Orlando and hope that we will be able to book this home again!

WONDERFUL!! This was our first time renting a vacation home, and it was well worth it. My family & I just loved it!!.The house is very spacious, clean, comfortable and convient to all the attractions.. so much better than a hotel. The house was equipped with everything that we would need to enjoy our vacation, ..a home away from home. Mr.Lou is a very pleasant person, he truly wants his guests to have a great time! We can't thank them enough! It's not a day that doesn't go by that I don't think about how much fun me and my family had in that house, we definitely would reccommend it and be back ourselves.

We stayed in this lovely home from Jan.1 - March 31 2006. We had wonderful time for the three months. Lou and Maria are wonderful couple, they are so easy to work with. This home provided everything necessary to make the 3 months enjoyable (even the perfect weather). We do plan to return for 3 months in 2007. We would highly recommend this house as a perfect place to stay. Thanks again Maria and Lou for the job well done. The decor is beautiful.
