Bali Ubud villa rental

April 2011 (Josh "We had a great time and were very pleased with the quality of the villa, staff and driver. I would certainly recommend the villa to anyone looking to spend time in Bali or Ubud. One bit of feedback was that there was little explanation of minor things like how to turn on ceiling fans, whether drinks in fridge cost money, how to connect to internet, etc. Overall though it was great. June 2011 (Jens) "It was a treat staying here. You have air-coniditioned bedrooms overlooking the Woz River, and Ayu Shirley cooks Indonesaion food beautifully. There are three bedrooms which would take up to 6 adults. The location is about 8 kilometres out of Ubud, so you need to organise some "transport". There are few taxis in Ubud, so eithr hiring a car or bike, or arranging a car/driver, is necessary to go into town. The better restaurants may have a pick up/dro p off service. Uncle Nyoman is available to drive you in a good car. Best was the palce itself. I would unhestitatingly return. The location is the most (and one of the best) issues, depending if you want a quiet holiday, or be close to town. If th latter, you probably want a hotel in town anyway."

A little tweaking of the menu here and there will certainly make the experience better. We used Wayan for the massage, and was best one I have had - including back in Oz. As I said, we had a fab time."
